'Nicknames'
Just a little fun discussion that I had with both Wit and Insoulent. So let me start of with this, all three of us are anime and manga fans, and in this one manga 'One Piece' certain pirates/criminals that receive bounties are also given nicknames.
And then we started to think, would that be something that we could add to the Cartel? A nickname is of course a cosmetic thing that anyone is free to seek or deny, but purely to add flare and whatever shiny adjective you like to it. After all our guys are surely wanted in at least one sector outside Hutt Space so it'd make sense that we could add those.
As it is such a simple thing I think a good example of what we're talking about would be the Grand Lord of the Hutt Cartel, 'Vero the Hutt'. Now obviously the nickname can relate to a lot of things. It can describe a characters appearance (such as "Cyborg Matt"), what their abilities/skills are ("Sniper King Mosaic") or even what they do ("Slicer" Jimmy or "The Hunter" Vica).
It's nothing obligatory or serious really, just something we've discussed here and there so now I figured we could joke around, maybe come up with one or two that we could use for the story, now that I think about it the Prospects moving up in the world could earn one or two. It's obvious we can give our bounties/targets nicknames as well, though it somehow seems unfair if only they get to hog all the cool ones. ;D
So what are some that you think your character could get, or have thought of for other characters?
