I'm always available to answer questions or fire character ideas past, if that's what you'd like. Hope you stick to it, after some time put into stuff you can feel pride and a sense of accomplishment. Then, you get an arrow to the knee.

So I have a couple of questions. I basically get how you start out. You make a character, join a
Faction and start contributing by missions and other things. So here a some random questions I have.
How often do story changing events occur where factions battle and such?
Since I have school, is it ok to only get on after? I would think that some people I role play with would be able to rp the whole day and get irritated when I don't reply all day.

Hey, welcome to the site. I can't really comment on the first question, but for the second one, we all have a pretty lax attitude towards when you can post. A lot of us are in school or have families and can only hop on every now and again. Also, if you have any questions I'm only a PM away.

Yes.
Your best bet at enjoying and getting lots of RP opportunities is to make a PC AND join a main faction. That said, here ae some independent faction that are equally active.

That portion of the RP is determined by the appropriate staff/admin members. It all depends on how fast the main story progresses.

Look at my sig. I'm a slow RPer, and folks know. We all have lives outside of the forum so your slow RP rate shouldn't be a problem. You do, however, want to make that known to your other RPers.
