Deep within the gut of a Korriban mountain, connected to the expansive Sith Academy, a new complex awaited the students of Crusader Nox's next class. The complex was tall, wide, and held many rooms and chambers. Each training room was dynamic, varied from all of the others. Some were multi-layered, others were one floor. The Noghri had built the complex himself, all to his design, with the help of some droid labor.

The room that Nox had chosen for his latest session of Telekinesis basics was tall, longer than it was wide, and mostly white. Soft toned circles and squares of color lined the walls and ceiling, making for easy targets that were not offensive to the eye. The smooth floor, almost plastic in texture, was littered with cubes and spheres of varying size and density or weight.

Nox stood facing the door, hands clasped behind his back. Behind him, a ring of blocks and orbs floated around in a vertical rotation, making a strange sort of slowly moving halo behind him.

"Welcome."

Savan had become to reliant upon self-training and knew that the only way to progress through the ranks of the Sith was with proper training with a Master. While, that was currently out of the question due to the underwhelming amount of available Crusaders or higher-ups, Savan had managed to locate one member of the Sith that seemed willing to teach. Crusader Nox, a Noghri Assassin had made quite a name for himself by holding group training classes on varying subjects. It was for that very reason that the Massassi had made his way towards the complex that he had been given instructions to, he'd come to take a class on Telekinesis.

The complex wasn't what you would call appealing to the senses. The plastic flooring caused his boots to squeak with each step, the red and blue circles and squares on the wall left him with a nauseating feeling, and the overwhelming white that seemed to encompass everything... All coupled together, Savan could only come to the assumption that Nox perhaps designed it this way so that it made concentration more difficult. When he finally located the Crusader, the Massassi made his way over to him and offered a small nod of his head in recognition of Nox's seniority. The objects behind him seemingly suspended in a consistent loop of movement intrigued the Acolyte and when Nox addressed him without any of the objects faltering in their path, Savan's eyebrow stalks wrinkled in surprise.

He's got some talent all right... Thought Savan, as he voiced his welcome in return to Nox's. "Thank you for having me, Crusader Nox."

There seemed to be a lot more Purebloods around these days. Perhaps they were making something of a resurgence. If so, it was nothing concerning. The flow of power ran from species to species according to the will of the Force. Fighting that for fear was a foolish thing. Better to take his own path, to bolster your own species' power as much as possible. There was no reason to slay possible allies, make enemies of shadows.

Savan proved respectable. What's more, the Acolyte made no display of arrogance, power, or insolence. It was refreshing. The younger man simply thanked him, ready to start the lesson. Nox was grateful, as he'd done this many times already and grew weary of the same responses over and over again.

"You're very welcome, Acolyte Savan Rhodu. Let's begin."

The objects Nox was supporting in the air dropped slowly, resting on the ground again.

"Let's start with what you do know of Telekinesis. If you have any power with the art, show me now. It will help me craft this class to your skill level."

A single eyebrow stalk curled in intrigue and a smirk formed across his lips, as the Noghri greeted him. Savan was pleased that he'd been asked to display his knowledge in the art of telekinesis and the Pureblood's pleased look upon his face finally made since... With the viewpoint of his race being the superior species, his mind immediately leapt to the concept of him aweing the Crusader with his capabilities. So, the Massassi stepped backwards a single step in an effort to create some distance between the two of them. His left hand unclasping from his opposite wrist and slowly raising up until it was extended towards Nox. Twin glowing yellow eyes peering through W that his three fingers created, focusing intently upon the items that now lay upon the ground surrounding the alien before him.

As the clawed digits of his extended hand began to curl inwards slowly one of the objects at the Assassin's feet lifted, before zipping towards the outstretched hand of red-skinned warrior. The object quickly shuffled to his right hand that was positioned low at his waist emitting a telekinetic field to suspend the retracted item. Little by little, each of the items was gathered and added to the levitating cluster that steadily grew... the pace in which they were drawn in was increasing with each object as the task grew more familiar to in. His body and mind falling into the routine of muscles memory as each piece was received.

Once, five of the items had been gathered Savan lowered his left hand down to waist level to match his right and as he broadened the gap between his hands the items slowly fell into line. The items were now isolated under the touch of the true Sith, no longer without direction floating within a sphere of the Force... but obedient and under control. Just like the Pureblood enjoyed all things that he associates with, whether they be item or generally anyone outside of authority figures over him. Such as, Crusader Nox, an objection to his standard rule of thumb. Someone whom, the Massassi didn't detest with the very fiber of his core.

Okay... Hopefully that was enough. Thought Savan, as he lowered the items to the ground and placed them softly upon the surface at his feet. His arms now limp beside him as they had followed the objects descent to maintain proper control over them... eventually, he would bypass his hands being apart of the act all together. For now though, they would have to do.

Well, as with most Purebloods, Savan proved impressive. He had truthfully had more issues with a lot of Human Acolytes compared to any other humanoid species. His time amongst the Sith was reinforcing his belief that Humans were overblown, arrogant, and not nearly as in control as they thought. Though there was a fair share of aliens that were primal or basic, the Purebloods had recently shown a rally that was promising.

Savan's control was a fair way along for an Acolyte, but it was not nearly as advanced as he thought it was. More importantly, his conception of the art was still very base of the line. The most exceptional facet of his control was his ability to focus on multiple targets, which was something that most Acolytes of his level lacked entirely until much later. Furthermore, most Acolytes trained hard with one target for a long time before moving to multiple targets. If Savan could learn as fast as them, he'd have an advantage from the start.

"Good," Nox commented, a slight hiss following. "Your vertical and horizontal motion is competent, your stabilizing is rudimentary, and your target acquisition is superb. I can skip many of the most basic principles. We'll focus on improving your strength and speed."

One of the nearby spheres, significantly larger than the ones they had just used, jettisoned into the air without warning. It nearly touched the ceiling, then fell back to the floor with the force of gravity before stopping a foot above the ground. Savan could feel Nox's control of the Force as it happened, a geyser of power rushing beneath the sphere to propel it skyward.

"Your power with telekinesis is tied to your strength of will. You must challenge yourself, knowing that you can always surpass your current limits. They are self-imposed, a bad habit of living without full understanding of the infinite nature of the Force. Use your pride and determination to draw in more of the Force and make it surge against your target. Take this sphere," He motioned to the floating ball. "and send it at the ceiling. High as you can go."

No Acolyte had ever reached the ceiling during their first training session with him, even after more than an hour of practice. Most of them took until the second or even third session to accomplish that, as Nox had purposefully built the room's ceiling to be several stories high. As a Crusader, it was a task even for him, though he was much better at it after showing off to the students so many times.

"As you practice this, tell me what you intend to do with your power as a Sith. Sate my curiosity."
