Hello Jedi! I want to make a jedi character. Basically the general idea is that he has been Sith his whole life. Raised to be one by his mother and father. Though he's always disagreed and felt wrong about what he was doing. He also has an older brother who is basically the polar opposite. They train together, and the mother and father always seem to favour the younger brother. He always questions what the Sith and the Imperium do. He also begins to see how scary the dark side can be.
His breaking point is when they find a rebellion spying on the sith academy. Now the future character (we'll call him Lian for now) has always sympathised with the rebellion. He admires their desire for freedom. The Sith Master of that class then ordered him to kill the Rebel. In cold blood. Lian hesitated... and couldn't do it in the end. His older brother, also in that class, then kills the rebel, without hesitation. Lian realizes just who the sith are, and what the dark side is driving them to.
Later that night, he stows away on a supply ship, stealing a lightsaber on the way out from another room. He leaves the academy with a picture of his mom (who he knows he'll miss no matter what she is) and the clothes on his back. After stowing away, he manages to hijack an escape pod and abandon the ship. Though able to fly it, the ship (with its limited artilery) manage to shoot down the escape pod, which left without clearance. Lian crash lands on a planet, but survives. As he emerges from the escape pod, he ends up running into a jedi, who sensed the boy in trouble and saw the crash from a distance.
Was wondering if anyone was willing to be that Jedi. And potentially give some feedback on the backstory as well. Its still a Work In Progress.
