After the rather interesting chat with those Mandalorians, well Arda did more of the talking, Tycho is not very social. So he didn't contribute much any coversations that had taken place. Afterwards the General had gone back to his fleet to see to some other duties. The fleet had remained at Ithor as Tycho had no idea where to head to next and so decided to stay put. It turned out that remaining at the planet was a good idea as concerning reports started to come in from Eisa Swan. So the General quickly had his fleet moved to block the ships ability to leave the system. Well more like an attempt to make it harder to leave.

While Tycho is not experienced in regards to space battles the man is still eager to do his part to the best of his ability. Starting with getting his ships quickly into position. He even has his own Illum Class, The Valhala positioned so that all of the guns on the starboard side of the ship are facing the boarded vessel. Which was more of a scare tactic, as well as a clear warning that he will have the gunners open up. As much as he doesn't want to the man will give the order.

With the fleet in position his comrades should feel a bit more relaxed now that they know that the Illum Class vessel will not be able to go anywhere, not easily at least. Opening a link to Arda's comm he sent a brief message to her, "The fleet is in position." There was nothing else that she needed to be told besides that.

Now with whatever the Mandalorians are up to. They should know by now that the clock is now beginning to tick down. Wait.. who is the idiotic officer giving that kind of report? Is it an officer being held at gunpoint to give that kind of report? Tycho certainly didn't recognize the voice. But for all he knows it could be someone new that he has not met yet.

Resting a hand on the hologram table in front of him with a heavy sigh, Tycho wondered what else he could do to stack the odds in their favor. But there is not much he can do since like the others he has no idea what is taking place on board the vessel or what the boarders are up to. While the General wants to head in and beat the living daylights out of whoever boarded the Illum-Class vessel. He knows that his job is to remain on his flagship until told otherwise.

So until he got the orders, he will remain on the bridge of his capital ship.

"Ma'am, General Draykon has moved into position." the captain whispered to the Grandmaster as the hail elicited a response from the Retribution. She nodded and opened her mouth to speak, but paused as she listened to the voice describe what was happening on the ship. Her brow furrowed in thought as she placed her trust in the Force on what she needed to do next. The feeling on uncertainty returned, she trusted it, but yet there was something not to be trusted.

If Arda was going to be honest with herself, she didn't care who the mandalorians identified as, they were not permitted to be here, let alone on a ship, shooting her crew and taking hostages.

"I'll worry about Star III, we're moving on to Phase 2 now. Keep the bridge locked down, don't worry, we're going to get you and the others to safety."

Arda gave a signal to her communications officer who gave her an odd look, and the channel was closed before she gave her next set of orders.

"Give orders to Star III to deactivate the hyperspace beacon. I am not sure what is happening on board that ship, but we are on full alert, no one is coming in and no one is leaving the system until I get some answers." the captain nodded and hailed Master Swan (@Plebometer) giving her the orders from the Grandmaster. Arda drummed her fingers in thought, her mind connecting back to the Mandos on Ithor.

"Alert General Draykon to activate the Valhalla's tractor beams, I don't want that ship going anywhere." another officer nodded and sent the command to Tycho (@Nommie), "And, someone find out where those Mandalorians went back at the spaceport buying rounds." she pointed to one Alliance member who seemed all too eager to help in anyway they could and quickly ran off. She recalled them speaking of their business and wondered if they were here looking for these Mandalorian outlaws. She couldn't help but to internally chuckle at the wild idea they were actually the ones on the Retribution, but she hoped they were still sober enough to help out.

She signaled back to her communications officer, "Connect me to the Retribution." she paused, as they opened the line again, "This is Grandmaster Breaux, what is the status on board now?" she asked.

The initial barrage of heavy laser fire it its mark, the various explosions ripping out from the pressurised canisters that stored the frigate's coolant Gasses and liquids stores giving visual confirmation of the destruction to the stores that served the various systems throughout the Frigate. The second delayed bust of fire from the Cygnet however, impacted against the shielding of the ship, crackles of energy rippled widely along the translucent coating of the deflector screen followed by the bright burst of the Proton blast. It appeared that those on board the ship had decided to activate the ships shielding systems, whether this was to play up to the feigned guise that a fake rebel fighter was attacking the ship, or whether the bridge had been breached.

Though the time for musing on the reason for the shields being raised was cut short, as once again the proximity alarms within the Cygnet's cockpit started ringing out - An alliance Distance Class Corvette was on a swift intercept course with the the Frigate. Swiftly followed by a message being relayed from it carrying the Grand Master's Ident codes, instructing her to cease fire. This was followed by the comm channel crackling into life, as the Arda opened communications, requesting to know the demands of the Mandalorians that had been attempting to capture the ship. The ashen haired pilot's brow furrowed, as yet another voice spoke out over the comms as the Frigate responded.

-

As the response from the Frigate fell silent, the cockpit rang out once again with the proximity alarms, this time another Illum Class frigate appearing, baring the all to familiar livery of the Valhala, the flagship of General Draykon. It seemed that either the earlier transmissions she had sent informing the fleet, or the recent Mayday call from the besieged Frigate, had not gone unheeded, and now the Alliance Fleet was manoeuvring into position to encircle and the Retribution.

Remaining in her position at the stern of the boarded Frigate, Eisa awaited further instruction from the Fleet's command. Which came through by means of another direct message being relayed with the Grand Master's idents. "Ditto, return encrypted message" Eisa spoke out to her droid, instructing it to respond directly back to the Grand Master's ship "Star Three, Acknowledged" she added before pulling down on her throttle, opening up the enhanced engines to full thrust before breaking from her held position. Pulling the fighter into a steep rolling dive, manoeuvring the fighter back down below the Frigate and pulling off towards the systems Hyperspace beacon.

THEME
It had taken him roughly thirty seconds to make the acted transmission to the Grand Master. He heard her response and ordered the continued progress of the non existent security procedure from the fake crew member force on board. Then came silence for another thirty seconds at least. The connections of the navigation computer doing its work finished five seconds before she came back. But Koil still waited a few moments until he heard her voice. "This is Grandmaster Br-". On the sensors the lone star fighter got close to the skin of the ship. It wanted to avoid having to deal with the shields again if it was ordered to fire on the Frigate. That told Koil the pilot was either likely going to disobey any order to hold fire or Arda had ordered her to take out somethign else on the ship.

Whatever the reason the Silent Badger was about to give them a bit of a surprise. His finger hit the hyperspace jump. The calculations had completed. It was times like these he really envied what he did not have. If this was his personal ship he would have jumped sooner. But before arda could finish her most recent sentence the Retribution's bridge would have the stars stretch before it and jump into hyperspace. Because of the close proximity with the Frigate, the star fighter would likely get severely damaged, possibly outright destroyed. Being close to a ship when it jumps into hyperspace could have a very damaging effect. Koil somewhat wished he could see the look on the different Jedi and Rebel's faces.

The Cygnet had broken off from its position at the stern of the boarded Frigate, headed towards the newly designated target that had been relayed from the Grand Masters ship. When once again the interior of the cockpit was filled with the blaring sound of alarms, a sudden shockwave ripped out from her aft, as the Frigate suddenly vanished from real space.

The fighter craft violently shuddered, as the ashen haired pilot wrestled for control of the ship against the shockwave, the Cygnet feeling as if it had just been blindsided by a strong headwind. Sparks crackled out from the various consoles that surrounded the cockpit, as status warnings flashed up briefly on the screens, reporting damage to the Hull, followed by systems going off line starting from weapons through all the way though to the mag locks on the crafts landing gear before the screens went black and the cockpit was illuminated by a dull red glow emanating from the emergency lighting.

"Kriff" Eisa cussed under her breath as she released her hold of the control yoke, realising that there was little point in trying to regain control when the main power generator had shorted. Staring out of the cockpit as the stars seemed just barrel about, the ashen haired pilot took a deep breath, and composed herself, her gaze looking over the array of dead controls and panels infront of her, before pursing her lips in thought.

"Ditto, try and fire up the distress beacon" Eisa spoke out to her droid, before rolling her eyes at the response. "I know the powers out, see if you can hotwire it off the battery" she added with a light groan, at some points she had to wonder whether her droid was in serious need of a logic core upgrade, though would be long over due, as he would be pushing 20 years and three fried control boards.

Whilst ditto, retreated into the astromech socket to try and jury rig a power bypass for the distress beacon, the ashen haired pilot turned her attention to the various gas purge valves within the cockpit. Taking a few deep breaths the pilot channeled the Force through her, drawing upon the Energies of the Force to flow through and sustain her, before reaching down and pulling the valve open, dumping the air out of the cockpit in short controlled bursts, although it reduced the air pressure within the cockpit, the controlled bursts had been enough to counter the spinning of the ship.

Sitting back in her seat, the Jedi took a few light breaths of air as the cockpit repressuried itself, there was very little to do beside stare out of the transparasteel viewport as the fighter remained adrift.

Before Arda could even get out her entire name, she realized something very dire was happening, more than she had perceived before, as ship stretched through space and blinked out of sight. Proximity klaxons sounded warning the crew of the ship that just jumped to lightspeed and Arda stood in silence, her world falling quiet around her though she was very aware of the chaos that was happening. Someone was calling her name and she realized from her shock and disbelief she had been holding her breath for too long as she gasped.

"Grandmaster? Grandmaster? Orders?" asked the officer and Arda's jaw tighted, her brow furrowed.

"Kill the alarms, all ships check in. Connect me to General Draykon." she turned and made her way back to the crew member who was operating communications. "Do we know if any of our crew were alive on the Retribution?" she asked. As far as she was concerned if her Rebels were in charge of the bridge, they would not have made a jump in such a suicidal manner. She glanced over to another crewmate who shook their head, uncertain of their fate.

"They could have taken that ship anywhere, but its too big not be noticed." she paused hearing an alarm sound from the communications.

"Ma'am a distress beacon, it looks like from star three."

"Find her." she commanded, the officer nodded and started the coordinate search. Granted a comm connection to the General, she turned her attention to him. "General Draykon, we're coming on board. Alert all Alliance allies and worlds to be on high alert. I do not know where that ship went, we don't need it to cause additional collateral on our worlds if whoever behind this is from the Empire, they will not hesitate. Lets also open holonet communications, a ship that large is going to generate chatter." she told him and paused.

"Ma'am, we've found star three."

"Good, get the tractor beam locked on her ship and bring her in, then lets get to the Valhalla."

Arda walked toward the viewport of the bridge looking at the dark matte of space, the crew busy behind her setting the tractor beam on Star III and guiding her disabled ship back to the hanger. Everyone so far was accounted for minus the crew of the Retribution and Arda bowed her head, her thoughts running to fast for even the Force to take hold.

Godspeed
