It actually extends everyone's post window by 24 hours while still keeping the fight moving, doesn't it? Win-win? You'd either get 48 hours to post or you'd get 72 hours to post, yeah?

I feel like there is some misunderstanding here. You have 48 from the last post. This 72 for each side does not extend your individual time. It makes everyone post 72 from the other team which makes it tough on a large team with differing schedules.


If I post and 46 hours later my teammate posts, there is another 48 for our next teammate to post. With the suggested time if I post then 46 hours later my next teammate posts, the entire rest of the team only has a day left to post.

Where does this imply we plan to post outside of 48? We are trying to avoid timing out with a timeline that doesn't work for us. It's the opposite of what you say.

Because it still extends the individual person's ability to post... so you either have 48 hours from the person before you (a teammate) or 72 hours from the person before you (an opponent). You have to post within 48 hours of the person in front of you regardless of when they post or within 72 hours of the person in front of you regardless of when they post.... longer posting window per person

Just so everyone is clear, that's not how that works. If you post by team, you dont have to post in individual order. If any given individual cannot post with 3 days, they shouldn't be volunteering for a pvp.

Just shooting an update: With the thread pretty full, I'll go ahead and switch the tag from 'OPEN' to 'ASK'. Although initially slated to participate, due to some external circumstances, @Zigara has informed me that regrettably Bruce going to have to pull out v-v. Fortunately however, @Plebometer has opted to act as a replacement via Jinlo. ^-^

Atm, I'm still awaiting some confirmation on a detail or two, so as clarification on those things comes in, post will be up immediately and we can get started!

As @Cazar has informed me he'd recently become unavailable (and thus has subsequently withdrawn his initial post), we've found another willing Jedi fill in his shoes :) So! Everyone, please welcome @Autumn's Firefly who'll be joining with Aliyah Phoenix!

As this would be her introductory post, Autumn will go next in the posting order, then myself and Night. We can now get this ball rollin'!

All right at this point I’m going to insist on 72 hours or some measure of timeframe for each total side for posting that’s not 48 hours per person sequentially. We’ve been more than patient about the constant switch ups and delays.

There needs to be a time compromise or this fight will take ages. We need people to prioritize this. Don’t give us “we can’t do any time frames” as an answer.
