We've been planning this for over four months now. It's time to KILL.
This basically. Nothing personal, Cailst, but it needs to be done.

Is there a civil war going on in the Alsakan union?
XD To storm's OOC comment, you didnt specifiy it, so how he said it is how it works. Have fun eating auto turret since he is the only one who can turn them off. XDXDXD. Besides the bars would take a few of the shots, he has protection, you dont. Once you two die, he can turn them off. You already put bars pver the control pd, so there is no way at all that you could turn them off. Suvival for this would be impossible unless you are force sensitive... you are both effectively dead, unless you pull some kind of bs way of tanking the auto turret shots. Besides, you guys double posted before he could respond, effectively breaking the basic rp rules of posting order fairness. Your characters also wont know about the turrets till they fire, and by then they would have locked on, and had a perfect shot. Like said previously, survival for a non force sensitive would be impossible.
The meeting room was sparse, but had been specially re-designed on the orders of Venator Furtificus for the meeting. Two chairs sat before a table at one end of the room, these chairs padded and refitted especially for the meeting. At the other end, on a raised stage, a larger, more elegant chair sat, in front of it a control board and, in front of that by some meters, a metal plate, in a circular shape.
1: The turrets fire, he dies too.
2: Venator had the room specially rigged. He wouldn't have left turrets.
3: He can quite easily bring the system offline from his computer terminal.
I see no 'auto-turrets'. To be quite frank, there are no auto-turrets. If there are, they'd hit Van Tien too. And if there are, Venator can bring the whole power source for the auto-turrets down and, if he breaks it with, say, a self-destruct, Van Tien can try and repair it all he likes; it won't work.

Cailst, why don't you do everyone a favor and just drop dead already?
Breathable atmosphere? If it was unbreathable, then all three would have died as soon as the RP happened...You also didnt say that the room had a breatheable atmosphere. You didnt specifiy, so Cailst can add it. You two would die first, since he is behind bars. You cant just deactivate something that you know nothing about, you would be hit and die before you could do anything.
And i see you carefully ignored my stating you double post cheated Calist. If I were him, I would have posted this.
"Van Tien draws his blaster pistol, and fires at his two captors."
Waited about ten minutes, and since you guys didnt post in that time.
"Since niether opponen responded to the botls they both died."
That is in essecne what you did to him... isnt double posting cool?
No they aren't. We have been planning this for about 4 months as stated before. Do you really think there would be a huge error in their plan for killing a character who's first action was to attack three planets at once?Because his attackers really suck at what they are doing.

Alsakan Revelation?
The Alsakans had a revelation?
What's the revelation?
They should stop sucking?
Oh, did you mean REVOLUTION!?

i think you mean revolution, mulluns.
i put revelation cause of what storm and dak are doing.
Well, I just read the thread, and I don't see anything wrong with what Dakar and Storm did.
First of all, they were hardly double posting. Double-posting would be a problem if they were doing a physical action in each post. Since this is not the case, I fail to see the problem. Storm could have very well fired in his first post, but he decided to add a bit to the story by exchanging a few words with Dakar. There's nothing wrong with that.
Secondly, the whole turret thing is retarded. Cailst first mentioned his dumb controller as something that could "turn off the ship's light". Then, he uses it to send a distress signal and control a bunch of automated turret. That's a pretty big stretch IMO.
Thirdly Cailst is acting like he tool. The whole prison thing is retarded, true, but the point is; Cailst still walked into a trap that was arguably, cleverly laid. For this reason alone, Dakar and Storm should be given the edge here. You can't simply allow planning like that go to waste by Cailst suddenly pulling some shit out of his ass like a controller and winning the fight.
Oh and yeah, the whole dancing thing...Wtf?
Just read the thread.
Hey Calist and others...I have something for you
Go on, get a big handful.
I did, and I agree with it, full hearty.Read my ****ing post. It's the only sensible thing in this thread.
The whole remote was actually intended for a circumstance like this. I was a bit paranoid anyways so I figured that just in case it was a trap, I would be able to use auto turrets. At the time, I felt it would look overly paranoid if I had body guards everywhere I went. However, I only mentioned lights so it was vague enough that they wouldn't automatically know everything it could do.Well, I just read the thread, and I don't see anything wrong with what Dakar and Storm did.

It had been planned for a while, however, I had a number of other things planned for a while and they didn't come to fruition. During the battles, I knew that the Alsakans would lose a war so I planned a peace treaty to try to end the war so we could find other means to destroy the Republic. However, I was unable to do it during the battles.
Plus, it didn't seem like it needed much planning. Van Tien already largely trusted his generals. It just was a stupid trap for Van Tien.
