So reading the blurb about Talion being a Ranger and describing his family being killed when Sauron and his army returned to Mordor (implicating that he lived in or near Mordor which is the biggest crock of shit in regards to livable geography Ive had the misfortune of reading. No one but the Ithilien Rangers even dare to tread near Mordors outskirts or Minas Morgul unless they are the Enemy) and being resurrected by a Spirit of Vengence and given Wraith abilities....
The creators of this game could come to me on bended knees and offer me a million dollars to play this game and Id choke them with their own money. Barbarism. Absolute lore rending barbarism.
Although I like the abilities and the time the game is going to take place. I'd have to agree that the backstory of Talion needs to be established more. Heck, Talion reminds me of one of my characters in DnD. I had a multiclass Ranger Sorcerer focusing on mind altering spells and necromancy awhile still using ranger abilities.
