  • Well, I can`t compare the two as I haven`t listened to Red Harvest, but I have to say that I was pleased with the reading of Death Troopers. In fact, it changed my opinion on audiobooks. ( Oh, right, almost forgot. Someone else reads DT, I think. A proper narrator. )
Yeah, I`ve read through your posts and formulating my own at the moment. I`m really interesting into this particular RP thread and wish to see it unfold ( I`ve finished reading Death Troopers a week ago [ the audiobook ] ) .
we finished it some time ago...BTW, the other guy in our thread Establishing Footholds left the game/site. So if you want to finish out the thread let me know...I'm game.
Yeah, my character has pitiful intelligence, I know. Trust me, it's going to be a pain in the ass deciding what skills to rank up... it was that or sacrifice the Wisdom score, and I figured: A peasant-cum-crusader is not going to be a genius. So I sacrificed the intelligence for fluff reasons. I plan to replace the holy symbol with a golden one from Defender's of the Faith book. But that'll happen as my character develops...

My character, being a bigot and all, might be mistrustful of magic users in general and also look down on your character as a coward for not wanting to wield a sword and fight, given that my character channels his powers through a weapon and all. Also, my character will likely infer that your faith is misguided... often. He'll probably not make many friends that way. That said, I can see how Yorland might earn his respect alongside the suspicion. If not, hey, it'll be interesting!

And ah, yeah, there's no status option that I am aware of...
How do you like my D&D character? I was also considering a Marshal. P.S. you left a VM on your own wall :P
My semester is going to start in a couple of days. I've got environmental biology, child psychology and and college algebra. I hate math, I like botany and I want to have children in the future. This is going to be an interesting semester.
I figured it being a relic one of the people would stop and pick it up and thus the enchantment work on them the others turning to see what the problem is and then we attack with you incapacitating the captain and me beginning to take the other three.
To be honest, I haven't heard of that one. Feel free to copy my template though!
    Here's the D&D 3.5 interest check thread

    Here's the character thread.

Apocrypha will be posting a rogue to replace his paladin. That leaves me as the primary tanking character. We're currently lacking spellcasters, though I've talked with Doitean and told him I intend to get a Cleric Cohort at level 6 (What tank wouldn't bring their own healer? Plus, it'd fit his intent). If you'd like to post a Cleric or Healer, I'm able to reconsider what Cohort I'd attract. We're also missing damage dealing casters. Though, it being play-by-post and all, I'm sure any class would fit well.
Any way you could have one of your NPCs pick up my enchanted cup? If not we will just get to it in a battle.
Sounds good, I hope to see you stay active so we can hurry this mission along. Look forward to seeing how our characters develop.
Oh, well my main character Luin Magist's real name is Qyv Derit Xinn. And Tyr's actual name is Tyr Pacsir Xinn. Qyv is Kir's son and Tyr is Qyv's.
Ok well as long as your not needing something like a limb I can give you my Anders or Jason.
