You're in the right direction, but nix the bone-fracturing. Not only would slugthrowers not be that devastating against modern armor, but it can be used to effectively circumvent the blaster>>>>slugthrower rule.

Good to know. Nixed the bone-fracturing, and changed bruising so it is effected by armor quality, not covfef- I mean coverage.
