He'll be accepted as Padawan once you have made edits to the profile so they are appropriate with a padawan level character and background. You had only just made a padawan character maybe a few weeks ago and I haven't been given any insight on whether or not that character is ready for Knight also. If you're willing to anything for Knighthood then following the training guidelines and then apply for Knight when you met the criteria.

Scarlet, Laya was approved months ago. He full bio is in the pages on my link. She's been cooling her heals these last few months in Hutt territory and only now has left. So maybe you can help me. She has taken off in her little ship, a friend she met there gave her co-ordinates to find the Jedi. Now I can look through all the threads I guess, but I wanted to know, where exactly would be the best place for her to show up?

Depends what you're looking to do, but I suggest making a thread in the Jedi OoC for this discussion so the sign up thread doesn't get cluttered.
