Jedi character help

I'm making me a Jedi. But I'm stumped on what species I'm gonna do.

I've narrowed it down to 5:

Kaminoan
Jawa
Ewok
Chiss
Dathomirian Zabrak

All five are in my top ten species list. I just can't decide which one I wanna do.

The main question to ask here, in the case of a character designed to support others and serve as a plot device for others, is: is there a demand for this sort of character?

If yes, create.
If no, scrap or modify so that the character has agency.

I'm pretty sure there has been an unspoken rule that we're just going to kill all the Jawa and Ewok Force Users. At least that's what was said in the Jedi chat so maybe take it with a grain of salt! ^.^

Personally I like the idea of a Kaminoan, you never see them.

One of those. I lean towards Kaminoan, but I don't think we've had an Ewok Jedi yet. Enough have tried Jawa and failed for me to say no. For the Kaminoan, you don't need to stick to the calm, fluid and reserved manner of a Kaminoan - I never understand why only humans have unique personalities in SciFi and all other aliens are all the same. (e.g. all Klingons are warriors, none are artists)

If I did a Kaminoan, he'd be more emotional, open, and a bit unfocused (he is gonna be a padawan afterall)

I vote Ewok. They can be cool too, just look at Treek.

I'd check the other species on the wiki (to see if I like one of them better) but everytime I open the star wars wiki, I get a menu bar the blocks the entire page. :(
