Okay the group is a semi Pirate/semi-Mercenary group. The recruits must have shwon skill in battle before going through a rigorous training regime. Those that get to the end are then surgically altered so that they are more aggressive, can take stronger hits before dying, and given "cybernetic" replacements for several extremeties. The "cybernetic" replacements are just droid parts that have been modified so the wearer won't feel pain in the part.
They accept almost any job and when there are no jobs they begin Pirating for the money.

So would anyone join this?

"What you say?" They are very similar.

I think that he was asking what the mancer's true name was, as that would be the only thing that he could be sensibly asking. Either that, or that pirates. The Pirates I think are The Bloodied Hand Pirates, and the mancer's are the Templars of Sha, which should be allied with the Alsakan Union against the Jedi.

I think I saw your Bloodied Hand pirate... Forgot the name, though. What was it?

His name is Veral Anati, he wont be like the rest of the pirate's, but he still should be useful to them. Also, I will think about making a character for the Shade, but the name makes me think of the Shadourians, and I miss them.

The Echani were/are a race and culture, not a faction per se.
