Taruna stood in the hallway leading to the Airlock to Aeryuns ship, as of yet quite unsure on how to proceed from here. She did feel Aeryuns outbreak and although she also felt bad in leaving Anthony on his own, she had to decide to help either, and it was clear that Aeryun was in way more need of some hugs.

Deciding that Acodi could join them soon, she pressed the button at the side of the airlock, indicating her wish to enter.

"Come on, honey, open the door" she spoke, a little nervous.

"Come on, honey, open the door" she spoke, a little nervous.

Aeryun was in no mood to get up, walk over, then unlock the doorway. Her brain was not there and she just wanted to he alone. She had expected Taruna to come eventually; it was inevitable. She would be strong and....

The doorway suddenly opened with a click as Aeryun willed the Force to unlock the gate. She needed her friend so badly. She couldn't take it. Her tears had already made a small puddle in her pillow where she curled up on bed.

Taruna would find the Aeryun's ship, Serenity, exactly the way she found it as she crossed over the airlock and then up to the second floor where the bedrooms were located. Aeryun's door was closed, but this time it was not locked. She would find Aeryun exactly as she expected her, curled up and crying on the bed. When the door whooshed open, Aeryun would hide her head in the pillow as if trying to hide her embarrassment, as if it were possible for Aeryun to seem like she wasn't crying.

When Taruna finally arrived at the door to Aeryuns room she had the feeling like the emotions in the air made it hard to breathe. And then the sight of this little aeryun-shaped pile of misery did the last to break her heart. Well done, Anthoni a full broadside to her emotions...

But she was not angry at Anthoni, not to be misunderstood. Her master taught her that men just saw emotions in a very different angle, which drove a wedge between the genera since the times where the time was not even a word anyone could speak. And it usually led to either the highest happiness or the deepest desperations. Like in this case..

Carefully maneuvering through the room, Taruna finally arrived at the bed and sat down at the edge, then she began to gently stroke Aeryuns head. This was something she had to let Aeryun feel rather than hear, so she did not speak up and would not do so until Aeryun would. But being there that she could do, and she would use it to the fullest.

When Taruna sat down and began to play with her hair, Aeryun couldn't hold it in any longer. She tried to stay calm and not freak out, but when she tried to speak all that came out was sadness. She left everything come out as she cried into her friend's lap. She curled her fingers into her hands over her leg as if gripping onto something that was no longer there.

She didn't know why she was upset. Taruna told her this would happen, in so many words. She was stupid to believe Anthoni liked her. She was stupid to think they could live happily-ever-after. What really bothered her still was the comment he made to her about being blind. Never to see again.

She wanted to tell Taruna why she was so upset. She just couldn't get the words straight in her head. Her mind was swimming in what-ifs and why's. Eventually, her body caught up and her mind slowed down. She was silent for the longest time. She finally asked, "Do you think I'm pretty?" She needed to know. She needed to hear it from someone.

Taruna remained silent but stood true to her words, remaining with Aeryun the whole time and held her gently to show that se was there for her. It needed a while and when Aeryun finally spoke up she smiled a little, hugged her tightly and answered with her soft voice "I don't think you're pretty, dear. I know it." She paused a moment to interject "Unless you ask a Mon Calamari" and quickly tried to bury her attempt to raise the mood a little "Do not let this bring you down the wrong path. You are pretty, strong, intelligent and energetic. Please stay that way."

Aeryun rolled her eyes and groaned at Taruna's joke. This was no place to try and be funny. She was sick of people trying to make her laugh. She would then sigh and stare out at nothing. She was no longer crying, but she was still sad.

"You told me this would happen. So why does it still hurt so much?"

She snuggled a little more with Aeryun, since Taruna had no clue what answer would be the best to that. Love was great. And dangerous. And could bring a Master to the dark side faster than Taruna could eat a strawberry. Same would be the truth for any Sith Lord. And yes, she told Aeryun that it would hurt, since she experienced it herself. She did not remember what Jusan told her that day, but she could very well remember the feel of being hugged while Taruna was busy crying her red eyes out.

Being on a loss of wisdom from her master, she would have to rely on her own intuition in this, and thus only answered "Because love is a force that pretty much can rival the Force itself. It shows you that you are still alive and capable to feel. I'm sorry this did not go well, but I promise this is not the end of all, even if it does right now pretty much feel like it. I know that from own experience" and ended her explanation with a soft kiss on Aeryun's forehead.

"Thanks," she responded with a little more energy in her tone. She then wiped her eyes and sat up. She sniffled a few times and blew her nose on her clothes, which was not a very attractive sight. She sighed loudly and groaned as she did. "God I hate boys." She then laughed and pulled her hair out of her face.

"Maybe it's time we got going? We need to get you a ship."

"I totally agree" Taruna agreed with a small nod "Boys can be such a nuisance." and then she thought about it a little "But they are also good for a lot of things.." she blushed as her mind apparently went the wrong way there and shook her head, spoke while standing up "But priorities! Let's get a new ship and find the Jedi. We both have to get to them to report what happened" and moved to the door, where she stopped a moment "I'll just check in to Acodi, he's out there an awful long time.."

Aeryun nodded and stood up now. She would then leave her room and head down to the first level where everything was. She normally had her droid fly the ship, but maybe today Taruna would get them started. The droid could always fill in after.

When she got down the ladder she looked to the docking pad and sighed. Anthoni was only a few meters away, but she could not go back there. No. She was done with it all. She turned the other way and went to the kitchen area to find something to eat. She hated preparing her own food but it would give her something to keep her mind focused on until Taruna returned.

It did not need long until Taruna returned "Hey, good news. We are good to go right now. Our destination is Zaxxon Prime, a Trash planet where we may be able to trade all the stuff against a fly-worthy little ship of some sorts."

Taruna held her Lightsaber up while she proceeded to speak "That's a one week trip.. would you be up for some basic training? I'd like to see what you're capable of" and, from her experience.. Training was the best way to get occupied and process the things happened.

When Taruna returned she would find Aeryun sitting down on the floor by the cabinets, a half-eaten fruit in her hands. She said to Aeryun, "Hey, good news. We are good to go right now. Our destination is Zaxxon Prime, a Trash planet where we may be able to trade all the stuff against a fly-worthy little ship of some sorts."

Aeryun had never been to this place, but she knew all about it. She'd heard of plenty of travelers who picked up parts there and came to Noori to get them fixed up. They didn't have the best quality of merchandise, using the word lightly, but a mechanic who knew what he/she was doing would find the place to be a goldmine.

"That's a one week trip.. would you be up for some basic training? I'd like to see what you're capable of"

Aeryun finished chewing and swallowed the fruit she'd be eating. She nodded and then said, "I'd like that. I'm sure there's loads you can teach me."

"Let's start with a simple check of what you already can do. Say, what things did you already do with the Force? Do you remember anything unusual, anything out of the ordinary you could only explain by strange coincidences or did you have some training?" Taruna spoke inquisitively and looked at Aeryun, concentrated on her and would attempt to lift her a little while she spoke. This was a test Taruna had to go through when meeting her former master. It would determine how Aeryun could concentrate despite any distractions and if she failed, Taruna would have to begin there.

Taruna spoke as if she forgot that Aeryun knew basically nothing about the Force. "Taruna..." she said a little dejected, "Everything I know...you taught. You taught me the code. That's been about it. I know that I can see things around me. I can react quickly, that's a Jedi trait right? And then there's my lightsaber."

One of the few things Aeryun did in her spare time was hold her saber. She never liked to activate the beam for she was scared she'd kill herself with it. So she did the only other thing she could, take it apart. Like her father used to do with engines, she pulled every piece of the saber out and would lay them on the ground. By now, she could do it with her eyes closed; a terrible expression but it was a figure of speech. Aeryun felt like she knew the saber inside and out and she understood exactly what made the saber work. She didn't trust it, but she understood it.

This was not much, and Taruna remembered she said something along the lines. With such a wide range of things to discover, there was simply too few time to teach her everything correctly, so she had to cut down to the basics.

"I could teach you to lift things with your mind, speed yourself up and how to use that Lightsaber.. Or is there anything you are especially interested in to learn?" she looked at it a little more intensely "Say... does yours have a training mode included? Or do you have a training Lightsaber?" basic lightsaber training was easy, and it would help her the most to train her focus and the floats of the Force.

Aeryun would think about her saber and she would shake her head. She knew that saber inside and out. It didn't have a training setting. "I never thought about it, but I could probably adjust the settings in the hilt to accommodate a training mode? Does yours have one? It would be easier if I had something to go off of."

She would stand up and say she was going to go retrieve hers. A moment later the two of them would meet in the furthest room in her ship which had been delegated their training room. She entered and held her saber outwards, pointed away from her. She took a calm breath then activated the green beam of light. Aeryun very carefully let the beam stay centered so no one would accidentally run into it. She was still scared of the potential it had of murdering them all.

Giving someone your Lightsaber was something almost no Jedi would do without hesitation, giving it away to be taken apart was even harder. Nevertheless, Taruna immediately agreed to let Aeryun have the saber for that purpose, knowing how important this training mode was.

She then followed her friend to what apparently was a training room and watched her holding the sword away from her like she held a stick of dynamite with the fuse already burning, a bad stance and slightly shaking hands. Oh boy

"Your Lightsaber is a weapon, Taruna began and moved in to help her correct her stance, by gently tapping her hands on the accouring body parts so Aeryun knew exactly wha she said Put your dominant foot back, the other to the front and around twenty degrees to the other direction, means twenty degrees to the left when your dominant foot is the right one and vice versa, crouch a slightly bit down, and now.. she gently puh her hand over Aeryuns we come to the Lightsaber positioning. I know this can be terrifying, holding such a device in your hand, knowing it can cut trough almost everything without much effort. The more the importance to respect it, but also make it a extension of yourself. Ironically you do have a advantage
, since you already rely on the force to sense your environment, and I really recommend usung the blindfold I gave you, to remind your body that you need the visual input not from your eyes but the force itself. The miraluka perfected that to an extend that they do not even need their Eyes anymore. So you just need to learn how to intensify that for yourself.
she then placed Aeryuns hand that not held the Lightsaber in front of her and the Lightsaber hand so Aeryun stretched her arm back and held the Lightsaber pointing to the front, in a parallel line to her elbow-shoulder-line.

"Your Lightsaber is a weapon," her friend said. She then moved over and would help Aeryun into a new stance. "Put your dominant foot back, the other to the front and around twenty degrees to the other direction, means twenty degrees to the left when your dominant foot is the right one and vice versa, crouch a slightly bit down, and now...we come to the Lightsaber positioning. As she felt the new stance she felt like she was about to try and hit a ball with a stick, a game the local boys played in the fields. She wondered how two people fought like this, and she pictured them in her head waving the sticks around wildly. It was quite the humerus thought. Aeryun then let herself come back to the moment and asked Taruna if she could go and retrieve the blindfold for her. It should have still been by the door, unless her droid picked it up (which he had, and was now folded nicely on one of the stools by the far wall).

As Taruna let Aeryun go and would fetch the blindfold, Aeryun closed her eyes and pictured it already on her. She began to try and sense the world around her. She could hear Taruna breathing, and her heart beating in her chest. She could hear each footstep. But the blade to her front still felt foreign to her. She then straighted her legs, and moved them side by side. Slowly, she brought the saber around, feeling the buzz against the handle and the whzzing sound in her ear. She needed to feel the blade, she needed to be one with the blade.

Aeryun then held her arms as straight as she could and brought the saber up, then behind her. She let it move ever so closely behind her head. She could almost feel the heat of the beam, but she didn't let it get too close; also, she avoided getting it caught in her hair. She then left the blade behind her, parallel to her spine. She felt at peace now. She felt like she was now in a perfect defensive stance. Taruna would likely turn around and see her new stance which would seem irregular and strange. Aeryun didn't really know what she was doing, she was trusting her body to work for her.

Taruna of course looked back and saw her stance. It was by no means the stance she tried to teach Aeryun but she felt the soft humming of peace coming from her. She apparently was about to attune to her Lightsaber. Already.

With a wide grin, Taruna made off to find the bind, finding it after a short while and returned to Aeryun "Time for the little shock. Lightsaber battles can be over faster than you imagine. The usage of one is hard, and much too often the missing weight of the blade and their length are utterly underestimated. So.." she handed Aeryun her blindfold and waited for her to get it on her head "I will show you how I experienced my first training lessons. This showed me why I actually prefer to avoid a battle rather than seeking it. It should also help you getting a grip on your own blade's range. And why it is so important to train so much until you feel the Lightsaber as a part of yourself" she used the button to get it down to the lowest possible setting, but it would still be like hit by a hot iron. Lightsabers were unique in their technology.

At the end, she ignited it and went to the starting position of Suresu, as she had tried to show Aeryun. "Are you ready?"

Aeryun would lower her saber and take the blindfold from Taruna. She then handed her saber to her friend so she could hold it for a moment. It was quite clear she trusted her friend more than anything, even if she didn't understand the significance of the act. Once the blindfold was applied she would hold out her hand to which Taruna be her back the saber. It was now in training mode which Aeryun recognized since the blade didn't feel like it was using full power.

"Are you ready?"

Aeryun got back into her unique form and nodded her head. She really wasn't ready, but this was as close as she was going to get. She listened with her ears and felt Taruna's body get in its stance. She kept telling herself that she could do this over and over in her mind.

"Go slow.... Ok?" Taruna would easily be able to tell the young Noorian was scared.
