Details have been discussed over MSN regarding a planned rescue attempt. Final word is still awaiting confirmation from Prospero, but so far it's been established that the Chiss are transferring the Imperial Knight prisoners from Homefront on Seoul V. The captives are currently being held on Yashuvhu (unless there was a previous location that was mentioned), and are going to be transferred to Csilla. The information regarding the transfer, including the date and scheduled hyperspace stops aren't available as public information, but it wouldn't be incredibly difficult to find out.
The transfer convoy will be leaving Yashuvhu and jumping three more times before arriving at Csilla. The first jump will land in the void of space between Yashuvhu and Copero. The Second jump will land at Copero. The third jump will arrive at Cioral, and the final jump will arrive at Csilla.
If the remaining free Imperial Knights follow through with a plan already worked out, the easiest target will be the first jump, without the aid of a space station or defensive fleet to aid them. If they miss their window of opportunity, they will have three more chances to intercept the fleet between hyperspace jumps, at a riskier cost.
Discussion is welcome. Questions and concerns will be addressed.
