At the point of this thread, Merlin is IC leader.

But effective when Bac released that announcement, I am OOC leader.

The administration will be giving us a write-up some time post-skip about what happened to the Imperial Knights during the time-skip. We're kind of in limbo until they give us that, which will potentially be some time before the weekend. I think it's safe to reveal at this point that we're going through some major changes as an institution.

So big, in fact, that it will change all of our characters' futures and how they will interact. Which I know sounds meh, but don't worry, they're good and necessary changes. Because of that, post-skip threads will be nearly impossible... because we don't know that the administration will be handling down.

That's where we're at.

I've just seen the new "ranks" for the Rebellion. Please, please, please, please say the True Throne will keep it's professionalism and assign actual ranks as opposed to "General, Commander, Member". I can understand why they'd have that in the Rebellion, but as Imperials we would attempt to keep order and structure. The ANR are loosely based and newly formed, but the True Throne has been around a long time (albeit it wasn't very efficient) so keeping their former ranking system (which I imagine would be the traditional Imperial system) would make sense. Plus it would be cool and make me happy.

Leroy having no rank apart from "member" would annoy not only me, but him too.

I know we're a sub-faction of the ANR (sigh...) but at least let us keep our normal ranks. Captain Leroy isn't Captain Leroy without "Captain".

I understand if you don't know this, as it may be something the Think Tank decides. But as Faction Leader, I would think you have a say in what the ranks are.

I understand you have your concerns with the current format, but you have to also realise that these changes are not being made to spite you, or ruin anything you're working on. They're being made to encourage more RP's, more stories! I also understand that these changes are painfully last minute (I understand that better than you think, trust me) and that plays utter havoc with the "plans" we all made for our characters down the line.

TAC, as a Rebel AFL (Assistant Faction Leader) will be included in the discussions about the outcome of the Imperial Knights and True Throne restructure. And as always, both he and I are keeping in mind what you guys want in this sub-faction. You also need to trust us, rather than complaining about everything. The timeskip hasn't happened, our concepts haven't failed (most of them haven't even been released), so patience will be your friend in the coming weeks.

Any concerns you have in the meantime, feel free to PM them to me, and I will do my best to address them. That being said, let's leave the IK Restructure out of this thread, and get this back on topic!
