I've always thought you are an amazing writer since reading your profiles when I joined the site (I even read them when I was a lurker), and I must say that this just confirms my beliefs. That is awesome, and I can't wait to continue reading it. Ever though of putting in in fanfiction.com or something like that?

No, this was posted years ago in my... much less mature and more embarrassing days. I've since dropped this version and changed the story significantly. Be sure to check the post date before you bump a thread, as necro-posting is discouraged.

I am still writing off the site and I'm working on the same era, I've just changed the plot and characters, well completely.
Since you liked it, here is what I'm working on now, it's the basic start, I want to write more but I struggle to balance RPs and off-site projects:
This is the first part of a wider setting focusing in which the Empire and Republic/Jedi are at peace, and a class uprising in the Empire is forming.
Empire of the Sith is an adaption of the society of the Sith Empire as seen in Star Wars Legends. The story is an epic drama slash thriller with strong adult themes and employs the society of the Sith to ironically portray a tale of real-world cruelty, fascism, structural abuse and genocide, as opposed to comic book villainy as typically seen in Star Wars. Sith society is depicted as a stylized depression-era Europe, with each of the Sith castes heavily differing in terms of aesthetic and borrowing from various cultures. Majority of the story is told from the points of view of three women, with their stories of survival and different perspectives of the Empire ultimately intertwining.
The first part, Lords of Kaas, tells the story of a fourteen-year-old Sith Acolyte named Sato Ryuu who’s Sith master is forcing her to pose as a grown woman in the impoverished Shadowhouse (the Assassin sect) in order to make ends meet. Working as an Inquisitor, she is assigned to investigate the case of the disappearing concubines in the Imperial palace. Sato begins by connecting the disappearances to the infamous murder of the concubine Tristesse twenty years ago. Her search leads her into the company of Darth Sadeon, the High Arcanist of the Sorcerer sect and one of the most depraved criminals in the galaxy. Sato’s quest to find the missing women sees her thrown into the sick bed of the Imperial court, as the despicable lies and acts of cruelty unfold before the eyes of an innocent child, but it may be her friend Darth Sadeon who harbours the most terrible secret of all.
Emperor Vereshin -
One of the most potent Force users in history and the most influential monarch to ever reign over a faction, the galaxy has not been faced with such power for thousands of years. Vereshin of the house of Andante, exists as deity beyond the will of the physical world. Nobody really knows what he is like, or what his intentions are, but his sheer presence is enough to inspire both fear and controversy throughout humanity. Some believe he doesn’t exist, that he is a character fabricated by the Imperial propaganda machine to keep the citizens in line, or that he died centuries ago and that only his image rules the Empire.
Vereshin is very much alive and the rumours about his cosmic powers are not exaggerations. However, his excessive abuse of the Dark Side arcane has virtually crushed his body and he is so ill he cannot leave the Imperial palace, and relies wholly on his greedy Empress and cruel Dark Lord to rule the Empire. He is extremely frail and legitimately shy, crippled by a terrible social anxiety disorder. The reality of the Emperor’s health is a fiercely guarded secret of the Imperial court, and the entire galaxy fails to understand the true reason behind his lack of involvement in the political scene. Having left public rule to the depraved Dark Council, Vereshin is highly unpopular throughout the galaxy, being blamed for allowing the Empire to elapse into decadence and oppression.
