I'm going to have to reject this one for the following reasons:

• We're not going to accept an unapproved Indie Faction without having some sort of prior agreement.
• I'm still pretty sure that the whole Indie Faction counts as plagiarism, or at least close enough to make me very uncomfortable.
• Every applicant needs to fill out his own Sign-Up Application. I nor anyone else in the Cartel Leadership are about to start accepting group sign-ups, especially those that don't even have the other members properly listed yet. I can't approve a profile that doesn't exist or that I can't see.
• Even if your Indie group is approved, you'll need to get Lavi and Insoulent's approvals beforehand if you want to merge your Indie with the Cartel.

Now, you're free to re=apply yourself, but you'll need to address the problems I listed before I'll even look at it.

It is a well known fact that - for a period of time - Amelleous once sat atop one of the most evil Government Regimes in the Galaxy. The 'City of Stienghast' was it was known was a totalitarian Militaristic Regime in which the Government was never questioned, and the power of their leader was enforced through force of arms. Corruption was rife at the top, and Amelleous earned a great many credits and a great many allies as a result of his time in office. Now he is considered to be a highly dangerous, and well connected man, with an eye for power, and a terrific reputation of brutality and exploitation.

Formulating a Power-base: Meeting with numerous key players in the Military Environment of the Nation, Amelleous united a riven city under the fear of of 'the alien menace'.

Covert Operations: Following the actions of one of his best Agents, Amelleous orchestrated the theft and safe delivery of a Stock Market Hacking Program, enabling him to secure a financial tether when the time came for him to flee.

Securing his Future: Despite the collapse of his regime, Amelleous made it out safely into the Hutt Cartels Space. Forming friendships with new people, he discovered his Tactical Acumen, and Political experience was considered a sought after commodity.

Desired Rank: Enforcer. Ideally I would like to Role-Play the Political and Economic side of the Cartel more with this character, encourgaing other players to help out. Working on Roleplays in a 'Corrupt Crime Government' atmosphere :)

As we've yet to see anything of value to the Cartel come from the first Enforcer we allowed, we're not about to give you a second regardless of any RL problems.

- He's experienced at the kind of jobs required by the criminal under world, having proven himself an effective thug in the past. This, coupled with his training and experience as a Sith, allows him greater flexibility on mission.

- He wants money. The Sith are idealistic, and while they do have a few bounties available, and as a result don't pay too good. This gives Ikhail more opportunities to earn credits for his own use.

- He's a Sith. As an assassin acolyte, building contacts in the criminal underworld is necessary for him to do his job for the order. The resources, acquaintances, and knowledge gained working for the Hutts can only further his career.

Indeed, Matt's working on something along those lines, but he's a lazy ass who takes forever to do anything. So, until he ACTUALLY does so, you'll be in Clan Anjiliac (my clan) for a while as a Prospect.
