Here's the one thing that Boli and everyone else is going to need to understand if he wants to be on the Jedi Council. If he accepts that position, he cannot be the Dark Lord of the Sith. If he becomes the Dark Lord of the Sith, he cannot be on the council.

Uric was not the Dark Apprentice to the Sith. He was a Sith Lord that went rogue... and even then, there were special circumstances that the Jedi are already aware of. Shit, some of the greatest Jedi of all time have gone to the dark side! Are you guys forgetting everything the Jedi even stand for? They are not pure beings, and even Yoda understood that to truly become a great Jedi, you have to have tasted the dark side, and choose to return to the light. Thats what makes a true Jedi.

Khaluq never really even became a Sith either. This is silly, guys. The Jedi are in shit-poor condition, and you're about to let people who don't even have Jedi characters take precedence over Jedi charries that have been around for over a year?

You want an active order? Then don't turn away veterans. You can add in shit IC: in case you guys haven't realized. You can throw in a reasonable circumstance that would allow these people onto the council. It's not that far of a stretch.
