Heavy Rayne (Rayne's training)

[The Gloaming]

Rayne handed Sithis the crystals, and followed him to the next room. The room was abundant with materials to make any lightsaber one could dream of. Dual lightsaber eh? This'll be interesting. Rayne wandered over to a particularly interesting lightsaber hilt, it was a five foot staff, with an emitter on each end. Rayne picked it up, and twirled it around. Perfect! He sat and disassembled the long hilt, and placed the crystals in their places. Standing up, Rayne activated the both blades, which shot out about a foot. The blades were deep red, and thicker than a normal lightsaber. "I can't believe I placed them perfectly the first time..."

[Zen]

He looked, at the side and sighed having his own crystal that was left he made his own saber, with the making the hilt perfect, then inserting the Crystal and sealing it after doing so, he tried it and a red light appeared emitter wonderfully, he placed the third light saber that he just made in his belt, and told his student to follow quickly.Or urged his hand for him to follow if he followed the door to the roomed locked and sealed, and Sithis headed to the training room again.

 

[The Gloaming]

Using his lightsaber as a walking stick, Rayne followed Sithis back to the training room. He was more than excited to begin learning lightsaber combat, telekinetic or otherwise. "So, what style of combat do you usually utilize?"

 

[Zen]

"I have two forms, I use with perfection. I use a combat style with two handed sabers although I always presume to try different things I have yet to try to use telekinetic light saber combat."He paused for a few seconds.

"I don't think you will be able to use this style as a dual, your lightsaber is big and might for a blunt, as for your other saber keep it, you might still need it when the time comes." He said slowly.

He got up, a robot appeared walking towards him."Before we begin combat I wish to know what form of Lightsaber form you know. And tell me quickly." whether he told him or not Sithis moved on.

"Before we begin actually combat you will be learning force lightning, I will explain quickly, it's not something you pick up at your first try, harness your hate and release it through the force let the lightning flow through you like the raging animal hunting a weak helpless bird."he said slowly."And strike down this bot."He demanded.

 

[The Gloaming]

"Niman, but very little amounts." As the training droid stood before him, Rayne focused on all of the hatred he had within him. Stretching his hands forward, he tried to push out the lightning, but nothing happened. Again, he tried, focusing on his anger, and a few sparks crackled at his fingertips. "This is difficult..." Rayne tried several times, with little result. He finally closed his eyes, and instead of forcing the hate, he let it flow through him. He could sense his fingers crackling with power, welling up with lightning. Finally, it shot from his hands, and struck the droid. Rayne opened his eyes, and saw the droid twitching and short circuiting. The power wasn't much, but he would practice and learn to control it better.

 

[Zen]

He nodded in approve"Good, now before combat me versus you begins so I can see where you stand, I wish for you to go to the achieve, and search up your form from the books, and see what else you can learn from your form, and gain more knowledge about the form you have, now go student and May I be with you."He said as he closed his eyes, and sat down meningeal.

Rayne journeyed to the archives, and searched for anything he could find about Niman. Form VI: Niman, is commonly described as a balance of the previous forms, with a less demanding style....there is little weakness, all of the strengths blended, but no particular edge is given...essentially the jack of all trades from how it sounds...the success of this form is largely dependent on the practitioner's intuition, improvisation, and creativity in combat rather than the rote responses derived from other forms... Now, where is...AH, Known Moves and Maneuvers Let's see... Rayne read through the moves, getting a sense of how the style played out. It was a good form for him, allowing him to improvise his own strategies and techniques. This would also aid his use of less conventional weapons. Upon returning to his master, Rayne had a good sense of the form and was ready to put it to practice.

((If we spar, should Rayne use his training saber, or his new staff saber?))

 

[Zen]

(Staff saber sounds good more the challenge for me. Plus your inexperienced with that staff saber.)

Sithis, stood up upon his student's arrive and the doors shut sealed, he took one hand towards his red light saber hilt and flicked the switch."Get, your staffsaber ready, your going for a real fight. Aim, to kill and destroy I will tell you when to stop."He said slowly, he brought both hand on the hilt and lifted it up towards his shoulder, His student would now witness Sithis fighting with a single saber."When ready."He said.

((I was hoping you'd say that :) ))

Rayne held the staff behind his back, activating both blades, and taking a half step forward. Rayne remembered the maneuvers of Niman, and instead of applying them to his hands, he applied the knowledge to the blades, configuring how they should move during battle. Leaping forward, Rayne turned off the blade closest to him, holding the staff at the end and spinning it around as he himself spun. Rotating the staff brought his hand to the center, where he reactivated the blade, and started to strike from left to right, alternating between blades.

 

[Zen]

He came aiming at him, fast he block the saber with his saber as they made noise once connected,he then sent a quick force push towards his stomach if, hit he would be sent flying meters, if did not hit, he would continue blocking his huge damn staff saber, that had four lightsaber three from the end, one at the front.

(It would be good practice for Sithis.)

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne was hit by a Force push, and flew back several meters. Thinking quickly, he pushed against the wall with the Force, balancing him out as his feet hit the ground. He then leaped upward, with the larger end pointing upward, gaining momentum. As Rayne slammed onto the ground, the lightsaber cut a hole in the floor, cracking the tile. Damn he's fast. Maybe I need more speed. Focusing on his legs, Rayne jumped back quickly, swinging the staff in an effort to push Sithis away. Might as well try this now. Pointing the large end towards his master, Rayne threw the lightsaber like a trident, aiming for his head.

 

[Zen]

Smiling, as he came and threw the saber, quickly, he push it off course, and tossed it aside, he used force speed as he appeared in a blur formation near, him he yelled' Grab your other blade."Within saying that he lunch a quick and fast yet powerful force kick at him, he would be rammed into the wall with the wall in a dent.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne drew his single blade, and sliced it at his master, although he missed, and was kicked towards the wall. The impact hurt, the wall was even dented. Rayne may have looked old, but the pain receded quickly, and his 'old' body was unscathed. Pulling his staff towards him with the Force, he put his single blade away, and rethought the situation. I need to defend better.... Charging at Sithis, Rayne's arms were getting tired. He swung the forked end of his staff over his head, and heaved it onto the ground where his master was standing. It was a slow attack, but powerful, placing another small hole in the floor. Feeling a foot to the face, Rayne stepped back, and made a few fast but weak jabs at his opponent.

 

[Zen]

As the enemy came charging at him stupid move, the move was slow due to the blunt of the weapon, he moved again like a blur with the for speed, and moved back back wards."The hell are you aiming those punches. What are you waiting for I'm not even trying and you do not even seem to want to use the force as your waiting for your death bed."He lifted up a head table and sent it flying at his student whether he blocked it or dodged it or cut it, it did not matter Sithis stood ready his lightsaber in his hand above shoulder and ready to strike when his enemy made his movements, he would of course block the attack if, Hi student used the saber.If not then dodge them. If he cut or block or, dodged the table, if he used the force he would absorb, and send a powerful force push at him.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne's eyes turned red at his opponents taunting, urging him to prove his master wrong. Dropping underneath the table, he unclamped, activated, and threw his training saber all with the Force. As the saber was flying through the air, Rayne used Force speed to get closer, pulling his master forward with the Force, he spun around quickly, and swung his staff from the side, hoping to hit Sithis. Time to make up for my mistakes, time to get ahead! The motivation Rayne found bolstered his attitude, and his body. He now felt strong, and fast, the Force revitalizing him as he found a rhythm to work with.

 

[Zen]

He sent the saber of coarse. As he pulled him he denied him the chance to do so, as he absorb the force with the force Absorption Skill, and sent a powerful force push while he was doing what ever the hell he did in mid air, if hit he would be sent flying towards the ceiling, and dent the ceiling walls as well, if his powerful force push some how missed, her would block the attack and use the force speed to blur out of the way and appear behind him few feet away before he laughed and sent a force push, if this one hit then he would be sent ramming into the door face first.

Sithis had deflected Rayne's saber, something he had expected. Being pushed towards the ceiling, he pushed upwards, dampening the impact, but still hitting the ceiling. landing on the floor, Rayne jumped up and charged his master, sending off a flurry of Force pushes to keep him busy. Upon reaching Sithis, Rayne let out an arc of lightning with his left hand, and swinging the staff with his right hand.

 

[Zen]

He begun to effortless now absorb the force pushes."This is child's play."He said slowly once he had sent the force lightning he used force speed and blurred out of the way again, his engines moved willing, he then sent his hand down wards and sent a 20 by 20 meter force wave to send anything around him and above flying."Like I said I am able to use both the light and dark side of the force."If the boy was hit the wall that he was sent flying at broke and was on the other end. of the wall."We also might need repairs."He said slowly, force wave was a power he didn't use often but quite a few times more like three or five time in rare occasions.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne hit the wall and found himself on the other side. He picked up his training saber with the Force, and threw it at his master. Jumping through the wall, he leaped at his master, and started to swing his staff. Rayne moved his left hand very subtly, pulling a small table towards his master, while swinging the staff in an x-shape around his body. He then spun around and jabbed at Sithis with the single bladed end of his staff.

 

[Zen]

He dodged the training saber effect less, and sent a force push once he had jumped in mid air, if he were to get hit he would prevent him from tossing the table and him doing his other move if he did not get hit with the push, then he jumped in the table and another force push at him, if he canceled or used his force push to stop his then they would both be sent flying. If not he would again block any saber to lightsaber combat strikes from his student.
