Heavy Rayne (Rayne's training)

[The Gloaming]

Only a few hours in this temple and Rayne felt right at home. He hated it. The walls were dark and dingy, the ceiling riddled with crude violent images, and pillars supporting artifacts lined the hallway. The artifacts caught his attention, crystals and daggers, this was the stuff of Rayne's dreams. As he realized his lack of priority, he checked himself. How long am I going to have to wait for this Sithis? Rayne could sense several people strewn about in the surrounding rooms, but no one in the hall, though he could simply see this for himself. He reached into his pouch, and produced a small stone he used for practice. The stone began to float above his hand, and spin around slowly. Rayne closed his eyes and the stone began to spin faster and faster. After a few moments, Rayne sensed he was being watched, and opened his eyes. He quickly put the stone back into his pouch and looked up toward who he expected to be his new teacher. "Sithis?"

 

[Zen]

Looking at his student as Sithis arrived, he had black Dark jedi of the Bogan clothing on, A dark Jedi robe hooded, Two lightsabers, and a rifle long one on his back. Looking around the room the Ker Dor nodded and lifted his hand and pointed to fingers and flicked them up as for his student to follow, to where he was heading. Walking towards a different path he headed outside in a could planet environment, he moved slowly, not looking back to check on his student following or not, he came to a stop and sat near a snowy tree, it was freezing indeed. But he was getting used to it.

 

[The Gloaming]

The two stopped at a tree, and the Kel Dor sat down. Rayne wasn't too cold, the wampa fur kept him insulated, though it was very snowy. Should I wait for him to address me, or should I just ask him when we start? Rayne looked down at his lightsaber, something he was almost overjoyed to use. As he drew his attention back to Sithis, Rayne summoned up some courage. "What starts our training Master Sithis?" Rayne almost had no respect for the Kel Dor, who didn't look to be very old. Then again, I look a lot older than I am...

 

[Zen]

He looked towards the side and then look at him and spoke slowly"Introduction You getting to know me and Me getting to know you? Any questions?"He said calmly and then paused awaiting for one.

 

[The Gloaming]

"I suppose not, I'm Rayne, though you must have already known that..." Introductions were never Rayne's specialty, nor was speaking in general. "I don't have much else to say, I'm not a very complex person." In fact, he was very complex, he had several motives, and was always analytical. That was a lie Rayne hoped Sithis wouldn't catch.

 

[Zen]

He looked at him"Very well, Will you please follow me."He said slowly as he got up and begun to enter a cave door, hoping his student will follow upon entering he would see, Swords, Armory, weapons, And other stuff.'Grab a sword, would you and toss me two please."he said.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne placed his lightsaber and pouch containing crystals and artifacts on a bench, and did as his teacher instructed. Sparring right off the bat, this should be interesting... Rayne held the sword firmly in his hands, pointing the blade at Sithis.

 

[Zen]

He looked at him and moved quickly towards the equipment he grabbed the two swords and spoke slowly."We are allowed to use the force, in this sparring match use it wisely, after this session is over I will be moving on something else and seeing what you made mistakes in this match."He said coldly.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne charged at Sithis, swinging his blade in an arc at neck level as he reached him. Without looking, he spun around, and pushed his hand outwards, attempting a Force push, something he hadn't tried yet.

 

[Zen]

While he was charging at him, he let out two fingers and made a motion pushing his hand back and then forward a force push came out from him and at the running student that was going right into the push if that were to happen he would be forced backwards and pushed on a wall.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne slammed into the wall behind him, and fell forward. "Ah, this is going to be a short match." He leaped towards Sithis, swinging his blade overhead. Rayne's muscles were charged, he was full of energy, and the closer he came to his teacher, the more vividly he remembered that day on Ahsas Ree. His eyes turned red, and his arms were swinging faster than before.

 

[Zen]

He shook his head again, As he moved his hand again quickly then the last time and did another force push, if it were to land he would be sent flying again towards the wall. And if he did hit the wall he spoke."What are you trying to hit? If your fighting someone that is capable of using the force to A prevent you from going somewhere to see someone B fooling with you, C getting you angry you'll go out of control, or D is capable of both close and range combat and waiting for you to tire yourself, use your mind to get past all this objects."He said calmly.

 

[The Gloaming]

Rayne slammed into the wall once again, and bent forward. "Easier said than done..." He charged forward once more, and slid on his side, throwing the blade in the process. While the sword darted toward Sithis, Rayne did the same, rolling past and throwing a punch to the back of his master's head. This better work damnit!

 

[Zen]

Looking at the blade flying at him he used the force to knock it of surface and sent it towards the ground, quick lying looking at his student he let out hand quickly again, and sent another force push at him if it were to connect he would be flying again. This was meant to prevent his student from hitting him once he got close enough.

 

[The Gloaming]

The force push directed at Rayne didn't hit him dead on, but he felt it on his shoulder as he began to twirl around. He landed on his chest, and looked back to the bench. Rayne pulled his lightsaber to his hand, and ignited it. It was only on low, and the Qixoni crystal wasn't inside it, so Sithis was obviously in no danger, but Rayne was used to his lightsaber, he had already killed several weaklings with it. He ran towards the kel dor swinging his lightsaber in x shaped patterns across his chest.

 

[Zen]

He grabbed both of his swords and threw them both at his feet hoping to stop him dead in his tracks if that did not slow him them, he took out one of his light saber but hesitated in pulling it out, before he could think, his student was getting closer with his light saber. He used the force speed to move quickly allowing the force to spring to his legs and to appear behind him. Like of a blur his light saber was active and pointing at the Man's Spine but not touching."Do not raise your saber at me when I tell you not to.Do not defy my Order. And by now you would have been dead. That's enough of the training. I want you to go to the Achieve and explain the code to me plus in your own words."His Saber still pointing at his spine.

 

[The Gloaming]

"I...appologize." Rayne was bitter, and disappointed that he couldn't land a single blow. Rayne wandered to the archive, and came back, ready to get something right.

"No peace, only suffering: Life brings suffering, and peace is fleeting. People will always wrong each other, there will always be war. One who accepts this can take hold of his own destiny.
No knowledge, only instinct: All that one can know is already within himself. One should act on the current situation without hesitation, lest he be weak.

No life, only death: Death is inevitable, to try and halt it's will is an arrogant act, to emerge from battle with victory brings understanding and power."

Rayne wasn't concerned with what his mast thought, he believed that what he had spoken was well in tact with his own philosophy, and that of the Bogan.

 

[Zen]

He looked carefully at him and spoke."Alright." He then motivated his hand out and then begun to speak."Meet me at the training area I have a little challenge for you."He said and with that he left from the cave to the training area.

((I hope you don't take Rayne's response too personally, he doesn't really like anyone at all, so he may act bitter. I actually like Sithis though, even if Rayne might not))

"Yes master." Rayne felt a disappointing weight on his chest, remaining focused on his master's response. Alright? ALRIGHT? Does he want a different interpretation or something? He doesn't get it, his loss... Rayne hobbled to the training area while fumbling through his pouch. He could feel the Qixoni crystal he obtained on Ashas Ree, the energy from the crystal was vibrant. I need to ride it out I guess. Work my way to Master and get the hell out of here...

He awaited his Student at the training area, he sat and mediation slowly.His student was of a alone type but he seemed a bit nerve rocketing oh well he thought.
