Fauztin walked into the training room promptly and bowed to the Jedi as he approached. "Good morning, Master Ieu. We have a guest?" he asked with a smile.

"Su cuy'gar. Yes this is Jedi Knight Shingen Ujio, I asked him to come in to give some pointers on telekinesis and TLC today. Then after that I need to have a word with you about the possibility of a possibly of an early mission." Ieu then stepped to the side out of Shingen's way.

Shingen reached into his picket and pulled out something that was hidden by his fingers, then held it up by his chest. "Hello Fauztin nice to meet you." With his left hand he reached into his palm, appeared to punch something up and made an underarm throwing gesture towards Fauztin. He did this a couple of times as he waited for a response.

Fauztin turned to the Jedi and bowed his head in respect. "Please to meet you, Master Singen," he said politely, happy that he was going to be instructed on Telekinetic Lightsaber Combat. When Shingen had began to start throwing nothing into the air, Fauztin cocked and eyebrow and gave him a curious look.

Shingen continued doing what he was doing. "Can you see what I am throwing towards you?"

Fauztin frowned and looked at his hands, noticing that there were little bit of sand coming from each throw. "May I ask why exactly you're throwing grains of sand at me?" he asked, sure that this was part of the lesson.

Shingen smiled and nodded. He looked Fauzton over once or twice and narrowed his eyes. "This is my way of testing your detail with telekinesis. I would like you to catch one, and only one. If you grab a second one at the same time, you will go again until you can just the one. Understood?" He instructed, pinching at the sprinkling of sand in his right hand again, ready to throw it in the student's direction.

Fauztin nodded and smiled, already knowing how he was going to catch just the one. He narrowed his eyes are the pinch of sand and waited until Shingen threw back his hand. As soon as he threw it forward and released his fingers, Fauztin reached forward and Force Pushed the sand upward and back, scattering it and spreading it further out. He closed his eyes and concentrated quickly, feeling out with the Force and sensing each piece of sand that was affected by the Force Push. He turned his hand upside down, palm facing up and lightly clutched the air, grabbing a single grain of sand with the Force. He slowly drew it closer to him and it landed softly in the center of his palm. "Like that?" he asked with a smile, offering the single grain of sand back to the Jedi.

Shingen smiled and brushed the rest of the sand off of his hands. "Just like that, well done. Now that grain is your best friend, I want you to hold it up with the force and keep it close to you at all times, even when doing other tasks. This will help you to hone in on the detail and help your ability to do multiple things with the force or almost like leaving them on autopilot. This will be very useful if you would like to use multiple blades with telesaber combat."

Shingen paused for a second. "I have only had a brief description of what you would like to do, could you go into some more detail on the things you would like to do?"

Fauztin smiled and nodded, understanding the task. "Yes, Master Shingen. What other tasks would you like me to perform? I like this style of multitask training," he said, trying to focus on the grain of sand as a passive action, as opposed to his primary use of the Force. When he was asked about the rest of what he'd like to learn, he smiled and began to speak, "I've been doing a lot more studying lately, making a list of abilities and lightsaber forms that I'd like to learn. As I've told Master Ieu, I'd like to be able to wield two lightsabers at a time, so that would make my primary lightsaber form Jar'kai. I'd also like to learn Telekinetic Lightsaber Combat, as you know, along with Trakata. I know Trakata isn't a fully developed form, meant to be mixed with another style, but it still requires training," he explained, thinking about what he'd read and heard about from other Jedi Masters. "As far as Force abilities, I'd like to be able to learn Force Speed. I'm not so crazy about being powerful and a lightsaber combat expert, but to confuse an opponent with speed and agility is more my style. Another power I'd like to learn is to be able to condition my breath with the Force. For example, if I'm running low on oxygen in a space suit, I'd like to be able to conserve air. The main thing I'd like to learn to do with the Force is to control water and to be able to manipulate the temperature of objects," he said, still holding the grain of sand by his head.

"O cool, one of my strongest points is manipulating temperatures, but before you are able to do that and telesaber, you will need to become very confident with that grain. To get to the level I am at now it took me about 14 months of work, but hopefully I can help you cut that time down. Now if it is ok with you and Ieu I would like to teach you how to control your breath." He turned to Ieu who nodded and then he looked for confirmation from Fauztin.

Fauztin nodded in understanding, focusing on the grain of sand. He kept it in the air with a passive feeling, still focusing on keeping it afloat, but keeping his mind and thoughts focused on the rest of his environment. "What would you like me to do now?" he asked.

Shingen took this as confirmation from Fauztin. "I would like you to hold your arms out to the sides and point them up or down when you want out." He then looked down at his open plams and they started to shake, he sharply rolled them both up into fists and at that moment all the oxygen in the room seemed to vanish.

Shingen and Ieu both watched Fauztin carefully for any sign that he was in danger. The task was designed to test how well Fauztin was able to think on the fly and under extreme pressure.

Fauztin saw Shingen's hands begin to shake and he noticed a slight difference in the air. He immediately sucked in as much air as he could and held out his hands to the side. He tried to focus his Force energy on his lungs, not needing as much air. He slowly used the oxygen in his lungs and slowly exhaled a tiny bit every minute or so. After seven and a half minutes, his lungs started to burn, but he didn't want to give up. After another thirty seconds, his vision began to black out and he waved his arms just as he collapsed to the floor.

Shingen released his grip and the room filled again with oxygen, so much so that the pressure change caused the old windows to crack and dislodge themselves from the frames holding them in. He then ran over to Fauztin who was lying on the floor.

"Fauztin are you still with us?" He looked unconscious so Shingen held out his hand and it began to pool with cool water, which he then splashed over Fauztin's face.

Fauztin popped his eyes open and stumbled to his feet. He nodded his head and started shaking back and forth to get the water out of his hair and blinking a lot to clear his vision. He was breathing with a slight pant, but otherwise wasn't fatigued.

"I hope that wasn't too much of a shock or a surprise to you. How do you think you did?"

"I think I did alright. I've never been able to control my breath that long before, but I'd like to be able to do it closer to twenty minutes or even half an hour if possible," he said, wanting to perfect the abilities he learns. He was grateful at least that he'd been able to keep the grain of sand afloat the entire time, at least, even when he had passed out, he'd kept it hovering barely above the ground on a subconscious level.

"That will quickly come to you soon but now we have a baseline we can begin to improve. The best way to begin improving is to dramatically slow your breathing instead of stopping it completely. If you don't feel to good we can try this another day or if you would like we can try now, what would you like to do?"

Shingen looked over at Ieu who was starting to collect all the shards of broken glass and pile them up neatly.

Fauztin nodded and had an idea. "Would it be alright if I practiced slowing my breathing while learning other abilities like I'm doing with the grain of sand?" he asked, still holding up the tiny spec. "I wanted to be able to learn Force Speed and to be able to produce a shield or barrier with the Force," he said.

Shingen walked over to Ieu and they began speaking and then he turned back to Fauztin. "Of course that will be fine, would you like to start with a barrier?"
