Amur grunted as the Jedi rammed back their faces having now been within touching distance illuminated by the clashing glow of lightsabers. Amur now found herself staring intimately into the Jedi's. She felt her resistance to the rotation and now was locked into a stalemate, one that Amur was preparing to skirt around by relaxing and sidestepping so her committed strength would move her. This was one of the most intense fights she had ever fought against a foe that was forcing her to have to match strength with thought. Amur was one to respect strength and a part of her had respect for the Jedi as a warrior. Did they really need to kill eachother today?
In the invisible sense in this moment as light and dark side collided it would mingle and mix like two colliding bodies in space, maybe this was fleeting moment of combat or perhaps it could have a lasting effect on the two. Possibly being the moment that the spiritual atoms of the two became entangled even. Though in the moment that would remain unknown and unimportant as Amur now realized that they were being fired upon by Inheris' forces. She abandoned any notion of sidestepping and just focused on stepping back and creating distance between her and the Jedi. She was expecting that by doing so she would help her allies get a clear shot. What the Sith didn't expect was for the troopers to also be trying to shoot her. Blaster bolts still following and tracking her movement. A blaster bolt grazing her right side sending a strong burning sensation ripping and tearing through her body. Survival took over and the Scorch Acolyte made a dive for the nearest piece of cover which turned out to be a concrete divider.
The Sith peaked over watching Inheris escape a single thought occupying her mind.
Resting, gripping her side letting the battle die down and for the burning and retreat of any survivors the Sith finally thought she was going to have a moment of quiet. Until she frantically gripped for her throat feeling a death grip latch onto her and levitate her. Amur's mouth contort open desperately trying to inhale to no avail. The sensation for Amur was incredibly familiar to being gagged. Causing her mind to briefly go down a well of trauma that was only broken by her subsequent landing by the stairs. Amur taking several deep breaths now noticing that the pureblood had decided on her to be his next prey. She also heard the mental voice of the Jedi and the most unusual thing happened. She actual agreed! Stopping would be lovely by now or at least a 20 minute ceasefire. This battle won't achieve anything substantial, they were all fired upon by one person maybe they could just leave. Do something better than this, whatever that might entail.
"For once I agree with the Jedi" Amur said before forcing her wounded body to backpedal up the stairs keeping the pureblood in her vision. Maybe... just... maybe this would be one of the few instances where someone would defy her expectations. That maybe that a darksider would use their brain and just live and let live. She fully expected him to still try to kill her hence to tactical retreat into the train station. Still it would be nice to not be disappointed for once.
Was that hope? The sith thought and asked herself.
