My Jedi will be named Jaleer Reukli, he will be a Jedi sage focusing on healing, and teaching others. If anyone is looking for a Jedi mentor I am ready to teach. My guy is kind of old in his 40's so hoping for him to know a lot of people because he trained them, as that's what I wish to do with my guy.

Why do so many Jedi suddenly have titles and epithets? Feels very anime-ish and not really something you would see in Star Wars.

Think "Feudal". Titles and namesakes where given to Knights of old as monikers. Like the Knight of Roses.

But this isn't really a feudal setting, even in the Legends comics set in this era Jedi never went around with names like these. To each their own I guess but personally I find this a very un-Jedi like thing.

@Wit it was a sardonic suggestion of mine which was accepted to lighten the spirit and tension while the Jedi wait for the timeline release, I do not believe any of the titles and what not will transfer over. But if they do...

Honestly it almost sounds like what the Sith would do. Boasting almost of a trait. Just my opinion.

I viewed it more as, a way of people getting a glimpse as to what to expect from the character? Raz is a zealot, and I hope, one day a blade master. Hence Zealot blade master.

As @Saul and @Vayate Merrick said, this is a result of my reply earlier. It is a way to lighten the thread up and for people to have a fun. Before that, Grumpy Marcus was Grumpy. I cannot fathom any of these translating in any way over when the TL launches. I mean Marcus's states "Sensor Array"... :p

And actually, I'm going to 180 myself and make this suggestion. To keep it light-weight and fun, I'd be happy adding a fun 2-3 word title to each person's char in the OP? Like for instance, if Tsunami really wants to, we could put "Jedi Watchman" as his descriptor title. Or I might put "Sensor Array" for Marcus. heh Any thoughts, in order to keep things lighter and keep my grumpiness in check?

Ah, that's alright then. My bad then. I was just worried that this might be a more serious thing, but as a pre-timeline only endeavor I see it's values. Provides a quick way to describe your character to anyone glancing through the roster.
