@Sreeya I feel like that is a great idea. We should also play Guile's, I mean our theme in the background whilst traveling and training

The only training you need is mastery of the Force Headbutt.

I am so PSYCHED! Also can I get some opinions? Just did this!
Lightsaber Form Name: Hadun - Way of the Thranta

Style Inspiration(s): Niman, Ataru, and overwhelming centrifugal force coupled with centripetal movement.

Basic Stance(s):

Enveloping winds - An opening stance that is defensive in nature. First the grip on the shaft has the off hand three fourths of the way near the bottom of the pike, with the main hand one fourth of the way from the blade emitter. The user positions themselves with their body completely side ways, their off hands shoulder pointing towards the target. The pike is held half tensed, perpendicular to the waist, with the blade pointing behind them. The user quarter bends their knee, and tenses their main hands arm only, leaving the off hand loose as to prepare for swinging movements. This stance is positioned such, as to allow for wide defensive swings, and opening acrobatics.

Raging storm - This opening stance is comprised of a very simple grip and posing. The user faces their opponent head on, with the pike being held by the main hand a little over half way towards the emitter. The pikes shaft should be behind the user, and at a diagonal angle so that the non emitting end is poking out diagonally over the off hand shoulder, whilst the emitter is pointing downwards. The user positions their off hand outwards towards the opponent, so that they can utilize offensive telekinetic bursts to set the opponent off guard, as they charge forward to utilize devastating jabs with the pike.

Rising winds - This opening stance is the first developed by Raz'Allas Kullot. It resembles any basic spear form, to which the user has their knees at quarter bend, off hand near the pummel, and main hand roughly half way along the shaft. The blade points slightly diagonally at the target. A Hadun user focuses intensely on gathering power in their legs when executing this stance, building up force like a hurricane. When they are ready, they explode the force outwards in a massive telekinetic burst, meant to send them airborne, so as to utilize acrobatic techniques with greater force.

General Techniques:

Enveloping winds - Gathering breeze - From the opening stance one would shift their body forwards while spinning the pike in a circular fashion creating a buzz-saw like effect. They would then alternate the spin of the pike to either side creating a defensive net.

Raging storm - Hail shower - After adopting the Raging storm opening stance, the user begins to barrage the opponent with telekinetic bursts of force, aimed at the nine strike zones common in all martial arts, allowing for little option to escape completely unscathed.

Rising winds - Cyclone strike - After vaulting themselves skyward, the user with the aide of force enhanced speed, spins their pike over head so fast as to literally create a wave of air around it. As they begin to fall upon their opponent they direct the blade of the pike diagonally downwards at the last second towards their opponent. This move builds up enough centrifugal force to create truly devastating blows if landed.

Training Guidelines: Hefty practice with vaulting, use of fine control force jump and speed, and lastly a lofty amount of practice with being accurate and direct with blows whilst utilizing your Lightsaber pike. Flexibility training is a very integral part to utilizing Hadun.

Also training theme song

I'm not sure if I'll be doing the diverse RP with you all but I will definitely be doing some prep work. I'll at the very least do a short narrative in his bio that describes his arrival in the TL. Like a SW crawl, only 10x as long.

EDIT: so psyched to be in this group as well, btw!!

I love that rage against song but if revolt is what you mean I somehow feel this is more apt.

I want the new timeline to happen now :( ANTICIPATION. KILLING. ME. ^^

i mean

if you know what "Killing in the Name" is about and what the Sith were often like in the old EU (not necessarily that they'll be this way now, but still)

it's a pretty apt choice

Good point!.

I wonder if dead man switches would be common on Lightsabers in the next timeline?

So are we doing this in Diverse or is this something we're planning right as the timeline starts? Sorry I'm slow about keeping up with posts D:

I think a few of us are up for it. Kwanli has been a Knight for over a hundred years so would likely be more of a mature guide in the stories if we're going "pre-timeline" though I am up for whatever.

Hell, why not start it in diverse. Give us a chance to take these character ideas for a joyride. We should settle on a cannon planet in the outer rim though!

Why not Lothal or nearby? It's a Jedi world in the rim.

I'd be willing to do either.

We could start it in diverse, end with everybody going their separate ways, and then we could have people meet back up later on after the TL actually starts.
