It doesn't list them just because nobody's taken care of that on Wookieepedia.

All of the lightsaber forms have a canon entry on Wookieepedia, though. Not as heavily described as the old stuff, but still following the same basic lines, so you can assume most of the old stuff probably still applies until we're told differently. The fact that they aren't linked to on Wookieepedia's article about lightsaber combat doesn't say anything about Disney, though.

EDIT: Here's one of them. They're just not all inter-linked like they used to be. But yeah, they're definitely still canon and still exist.

Raz is creating a Niman/Ataru variant specifically for Lightsaber pike combat. I would love to be able to have it be wanted by others, however I don't imagine a lot of you are interested in Lightsaber pikes.

Otherwise you're just asking to hurt yourself as much as anybody else; that's why real-world weapons avoid that sort of thing (for the most part).
