NAME: Crosis.
FACTION: New Sith Imperium
RANK: Acolyte
SPECIES: Sith Pure Blood
AGE: 27
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 6'4
WEIGHT: 215lbs
EYES: Red mixed with Gold.
HAIR: None
SKIN: Deep, rich red.
CREDITS: 1000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Crosis has a single scar on his otherwise unmarred face. Rather done from a lightsaber or a metallic blade it is difficult to tell. On the rest of his body there are scars through out, yet they healed in a way and just enough to add to his physical aesthetics as opposed to decreasing.
FORCE SENSITIVE: Crosis is highly force sensitive/strong in the Force. (I hope and if that's ok)

STRENGTH: Crosis has a massive physique, but not so massive as to be grotesque. He is well muscled over years of fighting and strength training. Powerfully built, he would fit most bulky armors like a glove, needing little to no cushion.

DEXTERITY: Despite his powerful build he is shockingly nimble and quick on his feet. He can often times even be graceful when he so chooses to be, normally he relies on his strength.

CONSTITUTION: Crosis is a very hearty individual and can withstand an incredible amount of punishment that would leave the average sentient dead or very near it. Again a product of his growing up in the society and people he did. Crosis also has a high pain threshold, and tolerance.

INTELLIGENCE: Alas, while Crosis is a fine physical specimen, he begins to lack in other areas. His he bright enough to be intelligent, but hes no genius. Higher computer functions, engineering, such things are beyond him. If you were to hand him a hydro-spanner he would like at you like a slave looks at a Rancor right before they were devoured.

WISDOM: Wise enough to know better, but not wise enough to be considered a sage in ANY since of the word. Crosis has enough wisdom to bend the force to his will, and that is enough for him.
CHARISMA: Crosis possesses a certain arrogant charm to himself. He is handsome and charismatic as he is Sith Pure blood. He red skin draws the eyes and his eyes that scream darkside penetrates the soul.

FORCE POWERS:
Telekinesis, Force Speed, Force Jump, Force Persuasion.

SKILLS:
Crosis is highly trained in a variety of melee weapons, to compliment his large form; he is a skilled martial artist. He is also a competent but not overly skilled pilot. Crosis is also gifted with an Eidetic memory.

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:
Form I: Shii-Cho
Form V: Djem So

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Crosis is physically a superior opponent to most allies and foes. He is strong, dexterous and boosts a very hearty fortitude of body. Physically he is intimidating and imposing. More often then not in a fight he will most likely come out on top, save for enemies that far outclass him. Crosis is of the mindset that his physical prowess should be able to see him through most obstacles. Sadly though his lack of wisdom can be a down fall and his arrogance in his blood purity can lead him beyond pride and well into arrogance. An arrogance that has gotten him more than a few scars on his body. Hes headstrong and can often be a little to swift to action that tends to make situations more difficult then they need to be.

GEAR:
Field rations, datapad, long range comlink, All temperature cloak, heavy armor, a Lightsaber and a "ceremonial" Sith War Dagger.

SHIP:
No ship.

DROIDS:
He possesses no droids.

PETS:
Any Sith who would have a pet is weak.

PERSONALITY:
Crosis is a megalomaniac. He will do whatever is necessary to obtain his goal. His goal is to be the most powerful Sith in the history of the Sith.....ever. Crosis is cold, cruel, and ruthless. He his not above a little plotting and is loyal to any master that can aid him achieve his goal until they prove they are no longer useful. Then is discards them like useless refuse, Oft fatally. Friends, family, loved ones, other people, fellow Sith, these are things that can be manipulated, and destroyed to bring him closer to his goal of becoming the most powerful Sith Lord ever. His ultimate goal, become the emperor of the Sith Imperium.

Despite his casual cruelty Crosis is charming, if a little condescending given that he views all but his fellow pure blooded sith as muts and inferior. He is more than willing to appear to be a faithful and loyal servant if it means it would give him a better opportunity to gain more power. Further more Crosis is patient despite him being so headstrong. He is willing to wait to a point to achieve his goals. Once Crosis makes up his mind however he is willing to do all in his power to see his decision come to completion and fruition. Crosis is highly confident in his abilities to the point that he is smug and will not hesitate to engage in a physical challenge.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born twenty seven years ago on the frozen world of Ziost, Crosis was part of small tribe of Sith Pure Bloods that had remained in relative hiding. There were now several tribes of Sith pure bloods. It was a natural nexus of darkside energies which is more than likely what drew them to the planet. Ever since Crosis was old enough to walk, he was trained to be soldier, a fighter, a killing machine. Both his parents, also Sith Pure Bloods were strong force users and it was no different with Crosis. His father trained him hard, in the hopes that one day he would grow to be a fine Sith Lord. Being the warlike people they were Crosis' tribe and tribes like his had a wide array of melee weapons. By the time Crosis was of ten years of age, he was trained in all of them. Crosis' father ingrained in him the need to be best, period. To be better, stronger than everyone else. Only then would he be accepted into the ranks of the Sith. His father told Crosis that it was his birthright, that he was Sith, pure blooded Sith, the species, not the order, but the order was his birthright. That others would be jealous of his heritage.

These things told to him only made Crosis train harder as he would often leave the relatively warm environments of the Tribes in nothing but a pair of short thermal underwear and wade through heavy, thick snow. It helped build muscle, and stamina. Where is father taught Crosis melee weapons and how to be a sledge hammer with his body and melee skill, his mother taught him; and reinforced his speed and martial arts. Years of martial cross training from his parents turned Crosis into a very lethal "machine". He was already more muscled than most other Pure Blood Warriors warriors twice his age and used to combat. More times than he could count Crosis left his parents training sessions nearly dead. His weakness angered him, the defeat was bitter and angered him. He drew in this anger and fed upon it, it gave him strength, focus, drive.

When Crosis was sixteen years of age his father was assimilating another Sith tribe into his own. The conflict was bloody, violent, emotional. It was glorious. It was when the Champion of the the opposing tribe entered the fray that Crosis discovered he was Force Sensitive. Despite his incredible strength at such a young age this other Sith was even stronger. Cut, stabbed, bloody and bruised Crosis new that he was facing death. Never, ever before had he been defeated let alone so thoroughly thrashed like this before. All the anger, hatred, malice flooded inside him like a maelstrom of power, he felt it build and build. In a powerful shout to the heavens he unleashed the Darkside energies he was gathering up in a terrifying display of power. He launched himself impossibly high into the air coming down with such force that he cleaved the other tribes Champion in half. Blood and viscera showered upon Crosis like a crimson flood. Then he burst into a blur of motion cutting down any and all in his path. Seconds, minutes, hours. Crosis could not tell how long had passed. But when he had stopped he noticed that his own people had given him a wide berth. His chest heaved with heavy breathing and something else. Somewhere on the edge of awareness Crosis heard someone laughing like a psychopath. Slowly he became himself once more as awareness came back to him. Then it hit him like a Krayt Dragon. He was the one laughing and still breathing hard. He felt more exhausted than he had ever been before in his life. He dropped his sword and collapsed onto the battlefield.

When Crosis awakened from his torpor he saw both his parents standing over him beaming with what appeared to be amused glee. After a short but effective explanation of what happened to him, he spent the next decade learning the rudimentary basics of the Force, and doing his best to master them. Further more he had to completely retrain himself martially so that he could work in Force attacks with his martial arts and "sword" play. In a few short years he was the Champion of his Tribe. He grew stronger physically and in the Force. Nothing was quite as liberating as when he doing melee or martial arts training with the supernatural high speeds the Force offered. It was probably the most powerful weapon he had at his disposal. It would never wear, or tear, or rust, or jam, or crack. It was perfect in every way. His parents had always said that he would be able to use the Force, but he had doubted as the first 16 years of his life they could sense it, and it was strong in him, but it never manifested. Now it was hard to picture life with out bending the force to his will. Most Sith Pure Blood Tribes had a Force user in them, his Fathers Tribe had three, all strong in the force. Woe to their enemies.

It was within the next year that was perhaps the most the most fated year of Crosis' life. Taking time to manipulate his peoples, he got on the good side of many of his fellow Sith. He had been exploring the Darkside as best he could without having the proper instruction to do so. He wanted a deeper connection to it. For the Darkside made him stronger, faster, it made him whole. In order to become stronger in the Darkside of the Force, Crosis knew what he had to do. His parents had to die. One morning Crosis took his father out to go hunt with him. When they stopped to rest by a cliff face Crosis seized his opportunity. He ran his father through, taking the time to relieve his father of his lightsaber, and tossed him over the cliff side thanking his father for his contributions. Then he double timed it back to his home and informed his mother that there had been a hunting accident. They left immediately to the scene of the accident. As she peered over the cliff edge and she saw the body of her husband, Crosis drove the blade through her chest. The last thing he told his mother was that her and his father's death would increase his immersion in the darkside more than she knew. With that he let her body fall over the side of the cliff to land next to his father.

When Crossis made his way back to his tribe, he assumed the mantle of Warlord in his fathers place. He informed the rest of his tribesmen that his folks were gone and that they would not be returning. Physically at least. They were somewhat shocked but could not argue. Later that same year a Sith came to Ziost. The two did not get along at all. The Sith from the order was making demands and Crosis was not having it, not in his tribe. The two ended up clashing. Crosis drew and ignited his new lightsaber, its black blade humming to life. Lightsaber against lightsaber. Slash, dodge parry, stab, thrust. Empowered jumps, super speed. Things seemed to be going well for Crosis until the Sith unleashed Force Lightening. Crosis kept getting closer and closer to this Sith adversary. Letting out a yell as the pain from the lightening kept coming and making his progress slower and slower. Finally Crosis reached the Sith but collapsed at his feet from the lightning barrage.

When Crosis awoke he was on a ship and told that he had the honor of becoming an Acolyte of the Sith Imperium. Crosis laughed. All it took was to nearly becoming fried Bantha steak. Wonderful. If this would lean Crosis to obtaining even more power, then he would embrace this next stage of his life full on. He intended to soar through the ranks of the Sith Imperium, or at least that was the game plan. He was armed and armored and was ready to beat, or slay any other of his peers that stood in his way. Ready to immerse himself in the darkside so completely that it radiated off him like a palpable scent. The power he would obtain from these trials and training! It was exciting, thrilling. Crosis felt himself laughing aloud again and silenced himself when the Sith in the cockpit shot him a dirty look. Instead he went up to the cock pit and took the copilots chair and sat there smirking gazing out the view port, waiting to see where it was he was going.

Hey there! Just dropping in to leave a few notes.

First of all, nice character! I like the development so far and you have a pretty complete grasp on whats seems to be a fleshed out person. Also, it's nice to see another Pureblood. They're fun and interesting. It looks like he's going warrior? That's a fine path to choose, so good luck there!

You don't seem to have any major issues with the profile, which is great! There's nothing like unallowed Force powers or overpowered abilities. So kudos for that!

Don't forget to sign up on the Sith boards!

Cheers!

Yes! thank you so much! I was hoping that I balanced him out nice. And thank you, I am highly fond of Sith Pure Bloods, very sexy race if I do say so myself, lol. Them and like Yoda's race, most tend to be Force Sensitive. And I think I signed up for the Sith boards. I think....you could always go take a look and tell me if I did that right ^_^ I wouldn't stop ya, lol.

Hm, Sith Pure-bloods are straight up awesome, would be awesome if you explored how they hid on Ziost for so long. It would be quite an awesome story to read. I like your character, he's pretty solid. Also I am a fan of hardly used words like megalomaniac.

Ha ha, thanks jay'l, I really tried to make him a nightmare, physically. His not quite as good but still not weal flaws leave room for improvement. He will probably have strong Force attacks, but like Aassaj Ventrress also be more susceptible to them as well. Ultimately though, only time will tell.

Woah, he has a lot in common with Audroti, with the insane ambition and amoral ruthlessness of Sadow thrown in.

Awesome to see more Massassi-caste Purebloods lately! I'm a huge fan of the Purebloods and the ancient Sith myself, if you have any questions I'm happy to help!

Thanks Malice. My ultimate goal with this character is to have that raw physical power of Darth Malgus, and the Force ability of Darth Vitiate. But yeah, I am a big fan of the Sith Pure Bloods myself.

Hey! Their both from Ziost! Small Galaxy, lol.

Having the physical prowess of Malgus and the Force ability of Vitiate is insanely, way too OP. Very, very rarely do the Sorcerer and Warrior classes mix, the only example I can think of where a Sith was a physically perfect battlefield warrior and a master of the arcane arts at the same time was Naga Sadow, whose variety of talents was so wide it's almost comical. Malgus was one the greatest warriors and military conquerors the Sith had ever seen, and Vitiate's abilities in the Force were God-like. Sith characters in an RP environment need to have weaknesses to balance out their strengths, which is why we have the three classes Warrior, Sorcerer and Assassin, though it isn't mandatory to choose one. Andraste, the Empress, is a master of sorcery, but is terrible at lightsaber comabt.

Also, I think him aspiring to be Emperor is a really unrealistic goal to have, at least OOC wise. Master is a hard enough a rank to reach, and only a select few Sith get picked for the title of Lord, which can take years OOC-wise to achieve. Only the faction leader's characters bear the titles of Emperor and Dark Lord, and Sreeya has been RPing Andraste (the current Empress) since 2010 I believe. I never planned for my character Satoryu to even reach Crusader, a rank she only attained several months ago, and I've had her since 2012.

I like to plan my stories too, but I advise against deciding on such enormous, life-time goals for your character when they are still only an Acolyte. By aspiring only to reach Crusader or Master in the meantime allows them more room for their personality and ideals to develop. Audroti was only 16 when Apollyon started RPing him and his goal was only to become a True Sith (Crusader), as he grew up his goals and ideals developed along with him.

Here here! *raises glass of children's tears*

My Pureblood, Sin'ryk, only aspired to be a Sorcerer because it is his ultimate passion. His lightsaber style, due to being a (primarily) Soresu and Makashi practitioner, is mostly defensive and opportunistic; no doubt a trademark of Sorcerers (and perhaps an Assassin too), since even a lightsaber duel can be just as convoluted as a political battle. Of course his ambitions will start to grow, but that won't make him a monster...at least only slightly.

All in all, it is good to see another Red Sith join the fray, I wonder what the non-Purebloods of the order are thinking? :charmed:

Lol. I have no illusion that I will not be able to achieve any of those. But I would not say that becoming the next Malgus is to far a stretch. Some one else could have Vitiate, lol. And you know what they say, IF you're going to dream, dream big. ^_^ My actual go is to reach Lord/Warrior. ANYTHING else will be a fine treat! ^_^

I wouldn't underestimate yourself. My first character I ever made on this site, I had him aspire to be a Sith Lord. Sure, I had no idea what I was going to do once I got there, but I still became the Warmaster and a member of the Dark Council after only a few months of hard work ^_^. Do your best, train harder than everyone else, and hell you could get pretty damn close to Emperor.

I'm going to have to disagree here, having a goal like that big is perfectly fine. It could easily be the defining quality of the character and the core idea that drives his entire development. Don't people dream of being the President? Its a very real quality in a character. Having a goal that is very difficult to achieve will drive the character on even more, the failures along the path will be defining moments for the character and on the whole lead to some amazing character development.

Quoting for truth.

I was essentially going to post exactly that, but you beat me to it, Sid. Well said.

Besides, Crosis, you seem to have the right attitude about it.

I suppose I'm just basing my opinions on my own experiences, I've been RPing on the site since 2012, and my highest ranking character is only a Crusader, I wasn't even allowed to make a new Crusader. I also have rather low self esteem in regards to my ambitions, but for those who don't, then that's awesome. My main concern was that as characters develop, their goals also develop and change along with them. Though I can certainly imagine Naga Sadow aspiring to be Dark Lord when he was 6, so I suppose big goals can add to character's ego and arrogance (and delusional) factor.

Lol. I have no illusion that I will not be able to achieve any of those. But I would not say that becoming the next Malgus is to far a stretch. Some one else could have Vitiate, lol. Once a Sith reaches Crusader (the rank above Acolyte) they are able to pick a class (Warrior, Sorcerer or Assassin), but really are able to train as a certain class whenever they like. The Vitiate figure for this timeline is definitely Andraste, while the Malgus is Audroti, who was only a Master, not a Lord.

Wow guys, the positive feed back from my creation of Crosis has been overwhelming. Thank you all so much. Now it is only a matter of time before I reach my lofty goals of Ruling the Galaxy as Emperor of the Sith! God I am looking forward to role playing the hell out of Crosis! Lol.
