@Breeso just to let you know one of your characters is now mentioned - rather prominently - under the 'banned/arrested' persons section of this write-up.

As the Justice Department is becoming more active, I would suggest liaising with the admins to ask about an edit, which allows CorSec to be written as completely at the beck and call of the Senator that represents the planet.

Just a suggestion, as this should be noted - if allowed - in the write-up if it is going to be used in RP to incarcerate another persons character.

I know Aren Krass arrested Lars yes, I read the thread :)

However, I think the Senator for the planet, and its leader being able to arrest people/order an arrest should be approved and added to the write-up, as last time I checked, David Cameron, Obama and others could not order the arrest of someone without the approval of the courts.

Aren didn't arrest him. CorSec did. After he attempted murder of a government official. Aren wasn't even in the building at the time.

Whilst we are on the subject, please remove the one for Nor'baal the Hutt, given that he is not a Corellian Citizen and (alongside Diplomatic Immunity) is not bound by Corellias laws.

You may want to notify people when you add Warrants, so as to avoid this in future.

A government is in its right to issue an arrest warrant despite the person not being a citizen of that government, especially if a direct or indirect victim is an actual Corellian citizen. As Corellia is a Republic world, that could even translate and be ratified by other Republic Worlds. That's a decision up to the Republic FL and most likely to be judged on a case-to-case basis, but an arrest warrant issued by a planetary government is completely legal on that planet and can be grounds for bounty hunters to "find you" on Corellia soil.

I've also reported this for cyber bullying. I would suggest you all stop getting on @Prudence 's case and reflect a little. This #Krassgate nonsense has gone on for far too long and is very very unbecoming.

I'm curious what you reported. You just said you reported this, but didn't quote anything that you reported.

I do not see how asking people to make edits in threads can constitute cyberbulling, nor does running an IC media station that reports the news. Prudence and I have discussed this at length via PMs, and with his permission I would be happy to air my response to any admin who wished to see it. Until then they shall remain in confidence, as this apparent case of 'Cyberbulling' has no basis in factual evidence.

The only things that have been done, with the exception of asking for post edits is in the CNN posts. In which case nearly every single player on this forum has been cyberbullied (using your logic). Your words and accusations have no merit to them, and are hollow at best.

Krass Gate is an IC issue, always has been, and there is sufficient proof to show it.
The posts in this thread are suggestions to another player.

I will not be accused of what (in the UK) is a crime by someone who has no understanding of the full case, and clearly has no understanding of the definition of the phrase they bandy about.

None of this constitutes Cyberbulling, meaning what you say is baseless, insulting and false.

I urge you to rescind your comment, for it wa foolish, ill-thought out and incorrect.

Republic leadership likely would need to determine if Norb has diplomatic immunity. And it is up for Corellia to respect it or not; Republic can try to bully Corellia into respecting it.

Note that is a bit difficult to enforce the law as NPC CorSec are cannon fodder. ADI and Sector Rangers can help, but if it begins to seem like the Senator is using it as their own faction it will come under review and a choice will need to be made between Krass stepping down from government to lead the faction or assimilate it into Republic. There is no conflict of BA/Republic soldiers helping with security or enforcing laws.

Let's cease the petty squabbling. If there are genuine concerns keep it up but warrant-seeking can take place in PMs or such. BOTH sides need to stop taking shots at each other. You're all pretty so no need to fight for my affection.

Funny thing is that the bully never sets the parameters of whether something can be considered as bullying. Hence why I've reported the entire OOC attitude and bickering over Krassgate. I won't go into this any further and wait for an admin response. All I ask from those that feel insulted to put yourself in Prudence's shoes for a moment and ask yourself how you'd feel.

Until an Admin reply, stop baiting him here and on Skype. Act like the adults some of you actually are.

Simple answer? No. You don't speak for he Corellian government. You can file a police report if you like though.

Or try filing it with the Republic.

I believe I made it fairly clear in the thread im currently conducting with @Breeso And @Nor'baal that there is currently a warrant out on Aren Krass.

Again you don't speak for the Corellian government.

However, you don't control the Corellia Government or CorSec. They're factionless NPCs, and where used to further the story in the way they where intended to be used.
