Indeedso does this mean that jedi are allowed on corellia? they are not on the list
I arrested him ICly?@Breeso just to let you know one of your characters is now mentioned - rather prominently - under the 'banned/arrested' persons section of this write-up.
As the Justice Department is becoming more active, I would suggest liaising with the admins to ask about an edit, which allows CorSec to be written as completely at the beck and call of the Senator that represents the planet.
Just a suggestion, as this should be noted - if allowed - in the write-up if it is going to be used in RP to incarcerate another persons character.
I arrested him ICly?
Aren didn't arrest him. CorSec did. After he attempted murder of a government official. Aren wasn't even in the building at the time.I know Aren Krass arrested Lars yes, I read the thread :)
However, I think the Senator for the planet, and its leader being able to arrest people/order an arrest should be approved and added to the write-up, as last time I checked, David Cameron, Obama and others could not order the arrest of someone without the approval of the courts.
A government is in its right to issue an arrest warrant despite the person not being a citizen of that government, especially if a direct or indirect victim is an actual Corellian citizen. As Corellia is a Republic world, that could even translate and be ratified by other Republic Worlds. That's a decision up to the Republic FL and most likely to be judged on a case-to-case basis, but an arrest warrant issued by a planetary government is completely legal on that planet and can be grounds for bounty hunters to "find you" on Corellia soil.
I've also reported this for cyber bullying. I would suggest you all stop getting on @Prudence 's case and reflect a little. This #Krassgate nonsense has gone on for far too long and is very very unbecoming.

Funny thing is that the bully never sets the parameters of whether something can be considered as bullying. Hence why I've reported the entire OOC attitude and bickering over Krassgate. I won't go into this any further and wait for an admin response. All I ask from those that feel insulted to put yourself in Prudence's shoes for a moment and ask yourself how you'd feel.None of this constitutes Cyberbulling, meaning what you say is baseless, insulting and false.
Simple answer? No. You don't speak for he Corellian government. You can file a police report if you like though.Hey Prudence, could you add in the following to the OP:
Warrant - Not Served - Aren Krass (Senator)
- Mass Murder
- Inciting Violence
- Abuse of power
- Breaking and Entering
- Assault with intent to kill
As per This Thread
Or try filing it with the Republic.Simple answer? No. You don't speak for he Corellian government. You can file a police report if you like though.
Again you don't speak for the Corellian government.
