Alright, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for a round of applause. Due to his tireless hard work and the sheer amount of energy he's put it, we're promoting Cortan (specifically his character Donkur Ivellok) to the role of Commander.
As you might know, this promotion isn't just based on IC actions. OOC work is required, and Cortan has absolutely demonstrated his capabilities over the last few months. Since we like him, and don't want to punish him, that means he gets the title of Commander. Should you also wish it, please put in an application and give evidence as to why this should occur.
