CLAN PRAXOR​

Clan Praxor is a Mandalorian clan that originated on Mandalore in the days of old. Members of Clan Praxor wear red and gold, a nod to their mastery of the forge. Clan Praxor is just one of the growing number of Clans that fly under the Orar'da'yadr banner.


HISTORY

An ancient Clan, the Praxors were a small Clan with a penchant for smithing. Though boasting their own personal prowess for battle, Clan Praxor forged its identity with the beating of iron and the burning of fire in the very forge that made their arms and armor.

This would pave the way for their motto "Hammer and Anvil". Clan Praxor could and would serve as both. Specializing in the field of craftsmanship for their own purpose and benefit first and foremost, the Praxors would extend their skills to Clans and individuals that sought them out.

Come the Great Purge, the Praxors were forced into hiding like others of their kind, and would eventually resettle in the abandoned asteroid station of Kad-Stor in the Outer Rim. Here, they survived in secrecy, running covert operations amid supply runs and gathering intelligence. For a people wanted dead, theat sometimes meant leaving their helmet or armor behind while maintaining the Mandalorian identity in flesh and bone.

With the Empires demise, a new foe fell upon Clan Praxor and their new home of Kad-Stor. This enemy was no less relentless or ruthless, using their superior firepower and numbers, they would wipe out most of Clan Praxor during the attack. Those that did survive, would escape on the freighter, The Lost Forge. It was on this ship that Clan Praxor survived, led by Alor Evla Praxor, who assumed her position due to the death of her husband on Kad-Stor. Under her leadership, the Clan would hover beneath the stars, surviving once more against all odds.

Unfortunately, Evla would fall ill, causing her daughter @Casany Praxor to assume the mantle of Alor. Formerly a bounty hunter with little interest in being part of the Clan, Casany had traveled the starts, leaving her post as armorer to explore other avenues of life. It was only once she heard of her mothers condition, Casany would take it upon herself to not only reconnect with her Clan, but reconnect with her people by heading back to Mandalore, their once ancestral home. Assuming the title of Alor, Casany has brought Clan Praxor to the Orar'da'yadr, joining the Coalition and hopefully ensuring the present and future of her Clan. They now reside at the fortress of Masti, on Concord Dawn.
