Here is the second attempt at the prestige thread. Again, any feedback from Mandalorian players is appreciated.
I trust the members of Clan Fett not to be a dick about their positions, but the abuse reporter is in there as a failsafe anyway.
Clan Fett Prestige System
In order to reward players for participating in missions and PvP battles, we introduce to you the Prestige System for Clan Fett.
To abolish the hassle of long chains of command, which can result in the lower ranks being badgered and pushed around by their "superiors", there are only six ranks that hold precedence in PvP missions. They aren't easy to achieve, and the higher ranks have limited slots available. There are several potential factors to reaching a higher rank, including points acquired through PvP (Player vs. Player), vouches from additional members, stripes from the current sigil system, and an alternative set of points acquired by participation in/completion of missions found in the Mission Control thread.
Below are the names of the ranks, and what is required to achieve them.
(!)Note: These are rough estimates. Not all promotions are achieved via acquiring everything that is listed, and can be bypassed in some scenarios.
Once a player achieves one of the above following with their character, the leader and the second-in-command will discuss a promotion. Not all characters will be immediately promoted. Some players may have their promotion request denied, pending the discussion between the clan leader and the second-in-command. In the case of a denial, the player is not required to start over, but should instead carry on as usual. The character will be observed, and the player contacted when the captain and the second-in-command believe he/she is ready for a promotion.
The promotions will serve firstly as a way to reward players for their participation, and secondly as a loose chain of command in player vs. player threads only. There is no chain of command in missions.
Abuse and Reporting
In order to prevent unfair treatment within the loose chain of command, there are a limited number of ruus'alor, ver'alor, alor'ad, and al'verde positions, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, and commander respectively. The criteria for reaching the three ranks is strict and heavily enforced. To further prevent unfair treatment, players who feel that they have been treated unfairly by a higher rank may fill out the following complaint form.

When the complaint has been filled and submitted, the leader and the second-in-command will review the complaint. If they agree, the offender will be given a strike. If the offender has three or more strikes, they will be demoted to a lower rank. If they disagree, the complaint will be dimissed and the user in question placed under observation in future threads.
