.

The second yacht came down crashing through any beams in its way. Nima didn't have much energy left to stop its descent, but she could certainly slow it down. She looked up to make sure the other Jedi didn't have the same idea as the first one; Nima was somewhat far down enough for the Jedi to reach. Just to be on the safer side, Nima jumped off the platform she was standing on and began making her descent downwards to get more distance. Although using the force to brace herself, landing on a metal platform 4 stories down certainly stung her legs. However, Nima now had enough distance between herself and the other Jedis. She used the force to try and stop the Yacht as much as possible, but only being able to slow down it's descent. The ship was slowed just enough to be able to attach to a lower level of docking clamps; the ship was definitely damaged, but not destroyed. If the Jedis wanted to finish the job, one of them would have to leap all the way down.

Nima knew that the third yacht was most likely going to be unsavable since the older Jedi would most likely seek to it's destruction. With that, Nima just concentrated on protecting the second yacht by any falling debris or objects.

Max didn't want to crash this last one because crashing it would only destroy the one yacht and that wasn't what he wanted. What he wanted was the same thing he had always wanted out of this mission - he wanted to send the message that dealing with Zygerrian slavers cost most than it earned.

Sure, people would always want slaves and there was no way he, even with all his efforts, could stop the slave trade on a Galaxy wide level and that was alright because he didn't intend to. No, he intended to make it so costly that criminals turned away from the practice by their own choice.

So instead of crashing it, he jumped onto it's hull.

The guards hesitated even more than before, not sure if they wanted to risk shooting while he was literally stood on their boss' yacht. He didn't give them a chance to think about it, stabbing his lightsaber into the cockpit windscreen, shattering it. Already the vessel was no longer space-worthy and he had only just started. He walked along the top of the ship, stabbing his blade down into the metal at what he knew were key functions.

Life support? Not with the main C02 scrubber slagged.

Hyperdrive? Sure, so long as you didn't mind he had destroyed the database for the navicomputer so the jump would be blind.

He made his way to the engines, determined to finish the job in wrecking the ship to the point that it would cost more to repair it than it would to just buy another one. Max was driving the costs higher and higher and he was getting exactly what he wanted.
