So I am fairly new to the whole art thing. As in I started this morning at 3 AM because i couldn't sleep and started drawing. I have always been a music guy, violin, trumpet and teaching myself the piano at the moment so this is a new endeavor for me. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it. I hope to one day be able to draw my own characters in the future for RP purposes and maybe even animate my characters adventures.

The first one is my first attempt at drawing the eagle. I saw this video a while back while browsing youtube and really liked it so i tried my hand at it. Following the video as best I could but it went fast and so i rushed the drawing process. It shows in the feathers I feel. But I tried a second attempt on my own from memory.
This was my second attempt. I took more time on it.
