I'd suggest for IC consequences that the Jedi managed to get some info from an employee's datapad, but did not get to the core database. The Intelligence hub will be wiped and abandoned by the time a new strike team could be get into position. Ofcourse, the Empire loses face as a known specist terrorist will be found among the Imperial deaths, revealing that it was actually an incognito Imperial agent doing the bombings.

Sliver of information: "High-ranked Empire officials will be on Nar Shaddaa within the month to meet with the Shadow Syndicate." Despite your best attempts to reveal more, there seems to be no hint at what they're meeting about or who will represent the Empire in that meeting.
