Deep into the lower levels of Coruscant there was a bar.
It was not different from any other, or at least it wasn't on the outside. The only facts that pointed it as something different was that it had better services, better forniture and better quality that what one could usually have expected from that part of the city. Fair enough, it was a hard place to find in that maze, and no one outside it had ever heard about it.
There were only two ways of finding out about its existence. The first, was to unusually just find it on coincidence. Weird coincidence indeed since its not in any street or passage that anyone would frequent, or that could be used as a "shortcut" to get somewhere, escape from the law enforcements, or whatever that could drive someone into those circles of the city. If you find it this way there are three possible outcomes. First, you dissappear, Second is you get thrown out in a rude display, and Third and most strange cases, the owners might decide to let you stay.
The second, and most frequent one, was to be told by someone who knew about it. The reason behind this being so secretive, is that the bar had its own particular rules, almost like if it was some kind of sect of its own, just that it was nowhere near that. One particular individual could only invite one person for every standart year that he had spend in the bar from the very first time he, himself, walked into it, invited by someone else.
Nonetheless, the bar was always full of people, and that leads customers to realize that the bar had been on business for quite a while indeed, if each person meant one standart year. The place has its own set of rules that everyone respects and enforces while inside it, and as such it is the perfect neutral place to take a drink without having to worry about the guy next to you being a mass murderer. At least while you're inside.
Thusly, it is filled with dangerous individuals from all across the galaxy. It is rumored that the founders themselves were dark jedis who were tired from the troubles from the galaxy and decided to settle in. Of course, there are dozens of theories about the founders, but no one knows for sure. The bar has 4 floors, including the basement where there are strip dancers. Each has its own bartenders and waiters.
The name is Blue Haven, and for those with a head too thick to pay attention, there are only a few rules that they should remember to get in and out with all their limbs. First off, no fights, no drama. Its a cheerful, cool place, pick a fight and suddenly you see the guy on the corner ignite a lightsaber, the bartender pointing a gun at you, and you find yourself on the short end of the stick with a hole on your head before you can tell what happened. Naturally, no one has seen anything of what just happened, and you've never been there. That is, if you're unlucky, if you're not you just get thrown out of the bar in a rude way.
The few actual bar fights that had taken place there, have been said to be epic.
Second rule, just like the same way you got here for the first time, when you step out of the bar you forgot it ever existed. One person per year, don't wanna find out what happens if you break the rules. The bartendersn personel, and even most of the customers are used to the people who frequents the bar, and since you only get to see a new face once every year, its not hard to tell who's new and whos not. The bartender and the owners know with exactitude who has been there before, and the alias and names of the real customers, as well as their faces. A few people have tried to sneak by, someone even tried to use a force power, but none lived to tell.
It is not a place to seek refuge, and those seeking to stay for those purposes will be thrown out. It is merely a place to have a ensured nice time and relax before going back to your life and whatever you do with it.
