Deep into the lower levels of Coruscant there was a bar.

It was not different from any other, or at least it wasn't on the outside. The only facts that pointed it as something different was that it had better services, better forniture and better quality that what one could usually have expected from that part of the city. Fair enough, it was a hard place to find in that maze, and no one outside it had ever heard about it.

There were only two ways of finding out about its existence. The first, was to unusually just find it on coincidence. Weird coincidence indeed since its not in any street or passage that anyone would frequent, or that could be used as a "shortcut" to get somewhere, escape from the law enforcements, or whatever that could drive someone into those circles of the city. If you find it this way there are three possible outcomes. First, you dissappear, Second is you get thrown out in a rude display, and Third and most strange cases, the owners might decide to let you stay.

The second, and most frequent one, was to be told by someone who knew about it. The reason behind this being so secretive, is that the bar had its own particular rules, almost like if it was some kind of sect of its own, just that it was nowhere near that. One particular individual could only invite one person for every standart year that he had spend in the bar from the very first time he, himself, walked into it, invited by someone else.

Nonetheless, the bar was always full of people, and that leads customers to realize that the bar had been on business for quite a while indeed, if each person meant one standart year. The place has its own set of rules that everyone respects and enforces while inside it, and as such it is the perfect neutral place to take a drink without having to worry about the guy next to you being a mass murderer. At least while you're inside.

Thusly, it is filled with dangerous individuals from all across the galaxy. It is rumored that the founders themselves were dark jedis who were tired from the troubles from the galaxy and decided to settle in. Of course, there are dozens of theories about the founders, but no one knows for sure. The bar has 4 floors, including the basement where there are strip dancers. Each has its own bartenders and waiters.

rkv9lk.jpg

The name is Blue Haven, and for those with a head too thick to pay attention, there are only a few rules that they should remember to get in and out with all their limbs. First off, no fights, no drama. Its a cheerful, cool place, pick a fight and suddenly you see the guy on the corner ignite a lightsaber, the bartender pointing a gun at you, and you find yourself on the short end of the stick with a hole on your head before you can tell what happened. Naturally, no one has seen anything of what just happened, and you've never been there. That is, if you're unlucky, if you're not you just get thrown out of the bar in a rude way.

The few actual bar fights that had taken place there, have been said to be epic.

Second rule, just like the same way you got here for the first time, when you step out of the bar you forgot it ever existed. One person per year, don't wanna find out what happens if you break the rules. The bartendersn personel, and even most of the customers are used to the people who frequents the bar, and since you only get to see a new face once every year, its not hard to tell who's new and whos not. The bartender and the owners know with exactitude who has been there before, and the alias and names of the real customers, as well as their faces. A few people have tried to sneak by, someone even tried to use a force power, but none lived to tell.

It is not a place to seek refuge, and those seeking to stay for those purposes will be thrown out. It is merely a place to have a ensured nice time and relax before going back to your life and whatever you do with it.

Oracion Seis smiled slightly to himself as he idly walked through the streets of Coruscant's vast undercity, a seeming sea of concrete and metal lit by countless neon lights in the absence of the sun. It was sort of nostalgic had been two months since he had last set foot on his planet of birth. However, rather than simply being there to visit he was there out of curiosity.

Pulling a piece of paper from his pocket, Ray glanced at the vague directions written on it for a moment before straying from the well lit path and into an Alley and continuing to follow it for several minutes, occasionally taking turns and pauses to read as he followed the directions, Within moments coming to the entrance of the bar known as the Blue Haven.

After descending the ramp into the Bar he looked around, taking in the new surroundings. Frankly speaking the place itself was much nicer than he had expected, definitely standing head and shoulders above other bars in the area which probably wouldn't have the modicum of decency to at least wipe down the tables. Quality aside though, he was sort of creeped out by the fact a couple people were glancing at him.

'Well, Other than the stares nothing seems odd.' He thought to himself as he headed over to the bar and took a seat at one of the open seats.

Rynn Arrowood took in a deep breath as he eyed the cup that the bartender had just passed over to him. He didn't know what it was about Blue Haven, but every time he entered the bar he would enter a very relaxed state of mind. He could lower his defenses here and actually drink in peace. And most of the patrons there were alright people. Some looked like they wanted to kill him, but that was probably only because they knew he was a bounty hunter. Rynn had earned a bad reputation recently due to his bounties "accidentally" getting shot during capture. The human only replied with a grin whenever a few patrons shot a hateful glare at him. They couldn't touch him, not unless they wanted to suffer the punishment for breaking one of the rules in Blue Haven.

He was getting ready to order another drink when someone caught his eye. A boy, by the looks of him, walking in like he owned the place. All of the patrons took notice as the new kid made his way to the bar, very curious and suspecious of the new member to Blue Haven. It didn't seem to bother the boy at all, but Rynn could tell the young one wasn't stupid. He knew people were staring him down and looking him over. Rynn thought it was only right to explain why.

"This is your first time here." Rynn spoke to the boy as he called the bartender over and ordered a Tatooine Sunrise. "We don't get many new faces here, and when we do people grow suspecious. But pay it no mind. Won't be long till they don't even notice you walking in." He gulped down his drink and then turned to face the younger human. "What's your name, kid?"

Kalen was having a rough day, one of the worst in a long sequence of bad days. After spending hours roaming the Coruscant undercity in search of his query, he had to admit defeat when his informant ended up getting arrested by local security forces. Not a Jedi any more, the little authority he might have had in such matters was no longer his to use. Walking aimlessly through the lower levels of Coruscant, once so familiar to him, he realized that he had entered a region he hadn't visited in a long time. Without knowing he had ended up outside the entrance to a place he had almost forgotten, the Blue Haven.

He hadn't visited it in a long time, not since he left Coruscant to join the Shade Order. As old memories resurfaced, of times spent on the streets, he realized that a visit to the Blue Haven was just what he needed. As he walked up to the entrance he wasn't stopped, after all they had always been known for being able to distinguish a member from someone who wasn't. Once inside he began making his way towards the bar, desperately in need of a drink. As he walked through the bar he saw many new faces, but still more than a few familiar ones, patrons and employees alike.

Taking a seat he ordered an Ice blaster, relaxing a little with the beverage in his system. Ordering another one he began taking notice of the other patrons seated at the bar, two humans seated close to him catching his eyes for some reason. The older of the two seemed to be questioning the younger one, at least that was the feeling Kalen was getting through the Force. With nothing else to do he decided to listen in on their conversation, something about the young boy drawing his attention.

"Fodera," called a gigantic man in full battle armor.

"What it is it, Caba," remarked the annoyed, smaller man in relatively the same battle armor.

"Are we there yet," asked Caba Eichigene annoyingly.

Fodera Grenelief let out a large sigh before he said, "No, Caba, no were not,"

"How 'bout now," quickly retorted the immature Caba.

"No, damn it, Caba," growled the angry, and smaller Renegade.

The two mercenaries were in the cockpit of Fodera's ship, the Apical Rider. They were making their way to Coruscant after they had finished "preparing" an asteroid for colonizing. The way they prepared a planet or asteroid, was to destroy every living thing on that celestial body. Luckily, that was not what they were going to Coruscant for. They were heading to the undercity for some down time before their next mission. They were most likely going to sit down in the bar they usually went to until their next call.

"Hey Caba, why don't you go get us some blue milk," politely asked the Arkanian female that was piloting the ship.

"Yay," idiotically called out by Caba Eichigene before he ran off gleefully to find the blue milk dispenser.

Fodera simply watches as his gigantic partner ran off to get drinks. He turned his eyes to the Arkanian, "I don't remember there being a blue milk dispenser."

The Arkanian woman, Merenda Grunst, put the ship on autopilot to Coruscant's landing dock.

Fodera gave her a strange look as she got out of the chair, "Why are you putting the ship on autopilot, woman?"

Merenda casually replied, "So I can be free to go into the back room for a little while," before she swayed away to the back room.

The renegade, Fodera Grenelief, watched her leave and thought for a second before announcing, "You know what, I think I'll join you." Then the renegade followed her to the back room with the comfortable bed. The ship remained on direct course to Coruscant while everyone else was preoccupied...

Seis seemed to be barely paying attention to the older man sitting next to him as he spoke, affording him little more than a glance out of the corner of his eye before continuing to look forward to the shelves of alcohol adorning the wall behind the counter, curiously

"That's good to know...." He said quietly in an almost inaudible whisper as Rynn had finished speaking before turning in on his chair slightly to Face the man. "Oracion Seis. People just call me Ray though, And yours?"

"Ray." Rynn repeated the name to himself as he looked the boy over a bit. His mind seemed to be elsewhere, staring off straight ahead and not turning to face Rynn to continue the conversation. He still continued to talk however, so the bounty hunter would do the same.

"Arrowood. Rynn Arrowood. Let me buy you a drink, kid."

Rynn called the bartender over and held up two fingers, asking for Tatooine Sunburns. The bartender smiled and nodded. He could of guessed Rynn was going to order those. The Sunburn was Arrowood's favorite drink. He liked the smooth burning sensation he recived in the pit of his chest once the beverage slid down his throat. The bartender slid the two mugs across the bar, Arrowood swooping them up with a smile. He placed one mug down infront of Oracion and kept the other in his hand.

"So Ray," he began, "you live here on Coruscant or just passing by? Can't say that I've seen you outside of the Blue Haven before, but then again, Coruscant is a big place." Rynn chugged a good amount of the Tatooine Sunburn as he waited for his new friend to speak up.

"Thanks." He said with a slight smile on his face as he looked to the Drink that had been placed in front of him. Turning in his seat a little, he looked Rynn over slightly. Despite Rynn's somewhat gruff looking appearance he seemed to be a rather nice guy.

"Well, Technically both I guess." He as his mug slid telekinetically to his open hand. "I was born here and also have a place to stay at but lately I've mainly been travelling around." He said before taking a drink. He found it didn't exactly taste that great but at the same time he hadn't actually had alcohol before.

"Speaking of Which." He paused slightly. "You obviously frequent here often but I get the feeling you don't really live here yourself, do you?"

Rynn smiled and nodded happily as Oracion thanked him. Then he saw something very strange happen out of the corner of his eye. He could of sworn he saw Oracion's cup..."slide" into his hand without the boy moving a single muscle! Rynn gently rubbed his eyes and glanced at the boy's hand, trying to decide if it really happened or the alcohol was toying with him. He shrugged it off and figured he had been dirnking too much.

Rynn laughed slightly as the boy asked his question. "Coruscant and I go way back, but no this isn't where I live. Haven't had a place to call home for a long time." He grew silent for a moment, remembering his home on Dantooine. "I'm like you, Ray. Been traveling around the galaxy for most of my life. But I always find some excuse to come back to this rock. I blame the Blue Haven. Always helps me to refreshen my mind and get my head on straight."

Rynn took a long unhealthy sip of the Sunburn, taking in the heat from the drink like it was sunlight. He gave a relaxing sigh as he finished drinking half the cup. He took a quick look at Oracion's cup and then tok another sip. "How do you like it?" he asked with a small grin on his face.

Normally, Wraith would not go out with his son just speak with him about his actions on Naboo and Ylesia, and would not question immediate action that could force out the petty information he sought after; however, Wraith decided he wanted to try to have Thair speak without aggressive prompting. Wraith could not ignore his fatherhood, and desire to be closer to his son, nor the new found craving for the power in complete darkness that came after the death of Ledo. Evidentially, the two desires simultaneously blossomed, clashing their symbolical petals into one another.

Ledo and he were never friends, they were acquaintances, business partners, peers that grew up in the Jedi Order together; even when they shared minds as Grandmasters equal in power they still never became anything that resembled close. Ledo had been too lost, and killed many; death pulled him into the Dark, forever consumed in mania by it's wicked seduction. Now he was gone ..and Wraith somehow felt different, as if he had lost more then a business partner.

The old wound that pulsated across his chest, from Ledo's ferocious attack back in the Order's Temple, still felt as though it burned to this day. It was physiological. The same Darkness that caused the wound whispered to Wraith, and so it would seem Ledo's influence, that never spoken dominance of mind between them, captivated Wraith even as Ledo laid in his grave.

Today Wraith would not be so eerily calm, his expression did not reflect a man who appeared as if he foresaw all events in his surroundings, but a man on the edge unable to even perceive who he was. His senses almost felt like they had dulled, as dull as his grey orbs for eyes and platinum blond locks of hair, but they were just the same, only off focus from a stressed state of mind.

A chair slid back, and at the same time Wraith moved to sit in it. His ghostly fingers wrapped strongly around the collar of his pink-tinted dress shirt. Fixing it higher up on his body before pushing a pink shimmering button through the hoop in it. The hand then followed a path down to his grey patterned wool milled trousers, balling up then flicking off a spec of dust.

"Thair, order what you will." A polite offer, one simply to break the silence that was as bitter as frost bite between the two. Thair and him barely spoke without yelling, and this he would make amends for.

Thair entered the Blue Haven directly behind Wraith, his father. The difference between them was made clear simply by the younger man's attire. He wore a black flightsuit with white pockets and a brown utility belt around his waist. A blaster pistol was strapped to his left thigh and on his right he sported his curved-hilt lightsaber dangling from a clip on the belt. His normally shaven head was covered in a layer of scruffy brown hair that accented his grey eyes.

Wraith's only son remained silent, sternly opposed to this attempt at bonding. Not because of the circumstances six years prior but due to the fact that his father's mood had changed ever since the death of his former comrade. And he wasn't the only one affected by an ally. Demoly constantly crept in Thair's mind as a result of their bond. Though he didn't hate her, he resented her path. The Dark side was deceitful and he knew it well. The man had danced with it through his training under Wraith. His fingertips had been permanently darkened from channeling the Force through them in retaliation on several occasions.

When Wraith told Thair to order whatever he wanted, passive aggression seeped through and he chose the most expensive drink he could. "Why are we here," he asked as he sat down across from Wraith.

Seis had been about to answer Rynn's question when out of the corner of his eye he noticed two people entering the bar. Looking over at them he studied them curiously for a short period of time as they walked over to their seats. From what he could see it was two males, the first probably middle aged and the second was around Rynn's age and appeared to have what looked like a lightsaber.

Turning his attention back to Rynn he chuckled slightly and smirked. "It's kinda strong." He said before drinking again, his face visually contorting slightly as the last of the golden liquid left the glass. "But then again I don't really drink alcohol that often."

With a slight sigh he slid the mug out in front of him a bit. "So, where will you be headed next then?"

A deep chuckle resonated at the back of his throat. Thair was so fiery. Of course this was why they were here, at lest part of it. Undeniably, that fire that burned deep within his son made Wraith proud, and mildly amused; if it was directed at others it would of been more so.

"You may not like that pick, it doesn't seem to suit your type of tastes, my boy." More small talk to lighten the mood, if that was a possibility. Wraith didn't really know what Thair preferred, and only guessed to seem like he had paid attention to such small details in his sons behavioral patterns. Even if Thair knew Wraith was taking a shot in the dark, he hoped he noticed the effort Wraith was putting in regardless.

Wraiths left hand rested atop of the table, tapping one by one from thumb to pinky in a rhythm. Each tap allowing himself to be drawn back into reality, forcing his mind not to wonder off the subject at hand.

"We are here for some drinks, and to discuss the whereabouts of my ship and credits."

It couldn't be misread by the way he had worded his last sentence, it was what he wanted to speak of from the start; Wraith had put emphasis on 'ship and credits' with a higher pitch in his voice and by a change of expression, a forced playful grin that faded away as quickly as it had formed.

Thair glanced up at their server as a short, tear-drop shaped bottle was set on their table with two glasses beside it. Inside the blue-tinged clear liquid sloshed until its momentum had waned. Looking up at his father with an amused smirk the young man unstopped the bottle and filled both glasses. A pungent odor wafted from the table now, filling and stinging Thair's nostrils as he prepared an answer for Wraith.

"Naboo ate the ship and I spent the credits on a live-wire of a woman," he admitted, though neglected to elaborate as he took a glass and brought it to his lips. Ever since they left the enclave Thair had been trying to get a handle on Wraith's game, but couldn't figure it out so far. Was he probing for information or trying to bond?

"Women and credits go hand-and-hand." He mused Thair's less then helpful answer, half joking. It was to be expected that Thair wouldn't jump into detail so easily. Maybe a few drinks would lighten him up...maybe Wraith shouldn't be using drinks if he wanted the information like that. He could of used other methods, but no, his train of thoughts had strayed back into a dark place.

Wraith shook his head, grabbing the cup of pungent liquid. He held it in the air, but only stared as it began to mix by what seemed itself. It looped like a whirlpool in the midst of a storm. Sometimes the force around him stirred when he was lost in thought, and this was one such example of the effect, whether it was done unconsciously or not would be left up to others to decide.

"Jokes aside, I'd very much enjoy the exact location you last saw my ship being 'eaten'" Then there was the matter of this women, one Wraith suspected he may be connected too, "Did this women happen to lead you back to Angel?" It was a direct question, as much as it wouldn't be for most people.

Rynn raised an eyebrow as he saw Oracion's attention divert to elsewhere, but only for a split second. He saw the boy's eyes concentraite for a moment on someone or something that was behind. Rynn had a strange feeling crawl up the back of his neck, so he turned slightly to see what had caught the kid's attention.

A red flag popped up in Rynn's mind right away when he spotted them. Two dark looking characters sat at the bar just a couple seats down. The colored light from the bar made them look incredibly dark and mysterious. Rynn didn't like them. There was something about them that made his senses go haywire. He had a voice in his head that urged him to run, despite the fact that he knew he was totally safe inside of Blue Haven.

Rynn shook his head and shrugged away the cold chill that had ran up his spine and returned to his conversation. "Trandosha. I have some work there that needs doing. Thought I'd come down here and relax for a spell before I grabbed a transport over."

Rynn took a second glance at the strangers closest to him. They were definately a strange pair. He could hear one of them talking about women and some kind of ship, and the other seemed to want all of it back, the ship and the credits of course. Then the older one said something about an "Angel." Rynn was completely lost and didn't know what they were talking about, but he was intrigued.

He turned his attention back to Oracion for a second time, but made sure to keep an ear out for what the two dark figures at the bar were talking about.

A woman in a jet-black cocktail dress entered the Blue Haven, her eyes scanning the crowd assembled for a moment before fully making her way in. Rather surprisingly, Memoir immediately detected the presence of one who was familiar to her. What was odd was the fact that they seemed to be entertaining a guest. There was no mask to hide her face today, and her black qukuuf, or kiffar markings, were just as visible as the bemused grin on her face. Can't forget my manners... Memoir thought, making her way towards the empty seat on Wraith's right. As she approached their table, Memoir managed to catch Wraith's latest words. A small chuckle escaped her mouth. How typical of the old bastard.

As she reached the table, she ordered a drink first without making any sort of greeting towards Wraith. Once she held her somewhat fluorescent green martini, Memoir promptly relaxed on the chair beside Wraith, now looking at him directly while only keeping a watch on the other man with her peripheral vision. "What a surprise." Memoir said dryly, taking a sip of the green liquid. And good to see you again, though i must wonder if i am... interrupting something? She also asked telepathically, directing the message only to Wraith. Glancing across the table, she looked at Thair directly, giving him a half-apologetic smile.

Crossing her legs, Memoir took another sip, forming a list inside her mind of who the other man could possibly be.

A ripple of a being touched by the force altered Wraith's attention; a force signature of a women he knew drifted through the bar. For awhile Wraith kept the knowledge of her presence pushed to the back of his mind. No doubt she had sensed him, and she would come to him if she wished it. He was here with his son, and so it mattered not if she approached him; evidently the women ended up greeting him.

The grandmaster had never seen Memoir without her mask and robes, and so he was taken aback by her looks. Every curve on her body forced Wraiths grey eyes to follow until he had a good view of all that she had been naturally gifted with.

Wraith reached out with his mind, sending his answer back telepathically in accordance to their preferred method of communication, Ah, mortal caveat is unfit for one akin to such seraphic beauty.

Now distracted by her body, he felt his stress level drop as his mind fell into more ...instinctual thoughts. His left hand lifted off the tabletop, traveling to Memoir's cheek, brushing the top of his fingers across her delicate skin before bringing his hand down to his lap. Wraith was bold; he was bold because he knew he could be. Abusing his power to do some things may be considered bad, but being playful was one thing he didn't count in that category.

Of course there was still his son he needed to pay attention too, and so Wraith cleared his throat before addressing Memoir in more formal means, "A good surprise." He chuckled slyly at his choice of words before returning his concentration, or at lest what he could of it, back to Thair.

"Thair, this is Memoir. Don't mind your words around her, she is well acquainted with me, so lets drink and continue." He had partly lied, he knew that him and Thair could not talk about everything so openly with her, but they both had only come to talk of petty things, so her presence as the table changed only a few thoughts in Wraiths head.

Thair crossed his arms as a woman approached their table and made herself comfortable. He had been prepared to answer but now waited while Wraith and the woman had an exchange. He kept his quiet, silently admiring the woman's features even as Wraith took advantage of his station. The turn of events simply gave Thair time to ponder on his words before speaking them.

"In a swamp, you should be able to find it by activating its homing beacon once you get home. The woman didn't lead me to Angel, my own actions did. I'm going to infer that his current activities are merely extensions of your will. He doesn't strike me as the brooding type." he explained as he wrapped his fingers around the short glass and picked it up to bring the rim to his lips. Taking a large swig Thair smiled at Memoir, "You seem to be rather candid, how about you and I leave the old man to his thoughts and find his ship for him?"

As Wraith brushed his fingers against Memoir's cheek, she mockingly rolled her eyes, his mannerism not entirely foreign to her. "Well acquainted indeed, though i do hope that my being here will not kill your discussion." As she settled down, noting that the man was named 'Thair', the previous snippets Memoir had managed to hear made a bit more sense as Thair made his answer. A ship, a woman, and Angel. Memoir confirmed that Thair was one that belonged to the same 'call', though that term is used loosely, given their chance meeting here not one of particularly 'knowledge hunting' nature.

Wasn't aware of your poetic roots, though perhaps you can consider composing your epitaph as well. Memoir joked to Wraith telepathically, at the same time responding to Thair's comment. "Oh i'm afraid, not, for leaving the person who will be paying for my drink in such a manner is normally deemed... rude." She laughed. The fact that Wraith had placed enough trust in the man to be conversing in such a location, not to mention having given him the use of his own ship was startling.

As Memoir more carefully studied the man's features, there were two things she noticed. One, he didn't look too shabby. Two, there were definintely somthing familiar about it. Memoir clicked her tongue, turning her head towards Wraith slightly while keeping her eyes on Thair. "Would you care to elaborate?" Memoir said, addressing both of them.

in particular, she was curious as to who the 'woman' was. A force-user most likely, seeing as it was rather rare for a non force-sensitive to pose a problem on such a personal scale.
