The earth trembled from the violent, cascading impact of stone. There seemed to be hardly a breath of respite, just as the dust cleared Ikora could see the bodies of foe and ally alike before the sounds of conflict emerged around her once more. She had tried to reach out to those troops, but they were not quick enough to react, a fault on her part; they needed their troops more than the Sith, it left a bitter taste in her mouth.
In the end her attempts to slow the hoards of Sith failed. The Sith she engaged with had leaped past her and now, she could feel.. he waited for her, eager to battle once more. He was persistent and Ikora questioned again whether or not she would make it off this planet.
Spotting a few troopers nearby who had managed to avoid the destruction of the falling concrete, Ikora stepped forth as they struggled frantically to free one of their own, his leg trapped beneath a large boulder. Ikora threw it aside, and they quickly hustled by her without a word, back towards the retreating front.
Then suddenly she felt the force grip her body, pulling her forcefully through the rubble. Her feet slid along the ground several feet before she tripped and fell, her body dragging through debris, getting cut up by rocks and even sliding through thong of bodies and blood. Ikora wildly kicked out with the force, finally escaping the grasp. Rolling over onto her hands and knees, she looked up and spotted the beast responsible. Yelling out at him with her mind with clear distaste 'Don't you dare!' She reaffirmed it in her voice, "Don't touch me with the force", she was angry, completely uncommon to her character, but she felt so many conflicting emotions and in the heat of battle she had no time to consider any of it.
Her lightsaber shot to life in her hand. Standing she turned her head and saw the foe behind her, waiting, and now the one ahead of her, the beast. As chaos continued to ensue, she forfeited herself for this moment, for the battle of Coruscant.
Ikora suddenly hurdled her lightsaber at the beast, turning rapidly to grip the force about the other Sith behind her, she yanked him towards her. Then she could feel a familiar aura enter the fray and welcomed it gladly, her mind reached out to it, 'Lanna, I need your help.'
Releasing her grip of the Sith she turned again to receive the lightsaber she'd thrown, awaiting for the aid of Lanna.
