How you gonna stop it? I tend to think however that the casino isn't 100% destroyed, rather it suffered, quite heavy, structural damage where it was hit.

No, it's not allowed for you to metagame a character as standing there before the Black Sun can fire and shooting them, because that's ridiculous.

As per what Gaja said, he's exactly right, the casino's not destroyed unless Matt wants to turn it and everyone in there into martyrs for PR to make the Black Sun into dogs that need be hunted down and shot in the streets(which they are xD).

Also everyone wearing a Red Shirt, Duke.

Don't worry, you'll be hunted anyway. But to your advantage Zonju is not a Cartel controlled world, so you have many territories to run to and also it's not yet known that the Black Sun committed this attack. Zonju V is a wild place, on the edge of the galaxy. It really is the wild west out there, so saying that this could have somehow been prevented is unrealistic.

It comes down to the Black Suns having the cojones to actually step up and do something, as opposed to other people who recognize the power of the Cartel and let it do its own thing in exchange for their lives, and possible protection.

Well even if people did, which they didn't according to BN's first post, what would they do? Call Yuri on his cell and be like. "Yo, these cats about to drop bombs on yo homeboyzzz joint, ya feel meh?!?"

And also, not a bad thing that everyone gets a little glory every now and then. They are declaring their stance against the Cartel, war if you'd like, and that's going to have effects further down the road for them. So for now yes, they get to brag about it.

While I'm not in the thread, I can certainly give some serious insight as to why the Black Suns would easily be able to launch their attack unmolested on the casino.

It's because Sathad'Ra is a terrible terrible place

It's full of criminals and whiles its guarded it has pretty lax security standards in the greater city as it's a huge place with a thinly dispersed population.

Further acts of terrorism (which is what this thread is) are really hard to prevent once the plan goes into action. I actually thought the plan Black Noise put forward was really believable. Hiding rockets in a coffin, even the most hardened of guards isn't going to stop someone to check their coffin to make sure a dead person is actually in there.

I feel it would be extremely unfair if the Casino were destroyed due to this act from a 'game fairness' point of view, but I think its fair game that the attack could happen and do some damage. Frankly I think its a cool story point for both sides, Black Suns will have to face some sort of backlash eventually and the Hutts will look weak in the sector for awhile until that retribution happens.
