BIOGRAPHY
[fancybox2]Her mother, then a Jedi Knight, had gone in to hiding when she found out she was pregnant. A mother's love was hard to ignore; she unofficially quit the Jedi and devoted herself to raising her new baby girl. Keeping an eye on the galactic news and brief, intermittent contact with the Jedi became harder and harder as the years went on, especially when Aluae first showed that she was force sensitive. She trained her daughter as best as she could, though she knew that she would have to give her daughter to the Jedi if she was to get any real training. Still, she held off and taught her daughter herself for many years. It was only a near-miss of some Sith finding them that she finally gave in; the Sith had actually been hunting for someone else who had also taken shelter on the same world. Luck had been with them and they were not discovered, but it still rang warning bells.
She had not been told anything about her father, besides that her mother regarded him as a great man, and that he was the reason she herself had become a Jedi. Aluae had been raised to follow the Jedi way of life, and out of respect for her parents had always striven to uphold it, in a manner that most might even call 'obsessive'. At the age of twelve, when her mother was finally able to regain contact with her old Jedi acquaintances, she was handed over to the Order as a Padawan. Her mother also passed on to her the lightsaber she still carried, the curved blade with its opalescent white glow due to the Krayt Dragon gem within it. She had already been taught the basics of Makashi and so she continued on with it, finding it to be a good style with her build, and she had kept up the search for her father. She didn't even have a name to go on, as her mother had refused to give it or even tell Aluae her own last name; it was possible known by the Sith and would only bring her trouble. She had found an old holo of a male her mother had kept, and assuming it must be her father she was always seeking to meet new Jedi, especially older ones, in hopes of finding him.
In the four years she spent re-learning all the basics in order to be on the same level of other Padawans, she had not been able to find him. Still she held to hope that one day she would find him, though what she would do then she had no idea. In the meantime, there was a broken galaxy to see to - and she hoped to do all she could to help mend it. Then she met some friends within the Jedi Order, and she really started to grow. Meeting Jedi Knight Kai Sera on the streets of Naboo would prove to be quite fateful for her, as not only did they become friends, he also started to teach her and help her to become a better Jedi, even taking her out on missions - where she met Asheek, a wonderful Togrutan whom she was quick to call a friend, and glad for her acquaintance. Then she was invited to a training resort and she met Jade, who was helping Kai to host the classes at this resort, and she learned quite a bit from Jade as well. She was starting to become a better Jedi all around, and though the process was long there was hope for her yet.
She was present on Endor when the Jedi Order nearly self-imploded, and it brought up a great many questions in her mind about the future of the Jedi. Everything seemed to be working out for the best so far, or at least well enough - they had a new council, but would things really turn out for the best? Then she met her new Master - Hal Farstrider - who was himself appointed to the new council. She saw a great opportunity stretching out before her; she would learn quickly from a wise master like Hal, and she could also pester him about the future of the Order. Unfortunately that never transpired as she joined the fight on Naboo, and nearly died at the hands of Adrasteia as well. The only thing that kept her alive was the experimental black substance that caused quite the panic for everyone on the planet, and even with it she was very nearly dead. Her left arm was severed off just below the elbow, leaving her with only one good arm. She was presumed dead as a building had seemingly collapsed on her.

PERSONALITY
[fancybox4="http://i.imgur.com/7jl2JSa.png"]Her mother was something of a bleeding heart, and her father had a pessimistic outlook on life. Since she had never met her father, she had mostly taken on that bleeding heart mentality from her mother. She was almost always kind and quick to offer compliments or friendly words, even to those who others might regard as degenerates. She wanted to save everyone, even at personal cost. She was a quick thinker, but as her childhood had been entirely sheltered, she tended to miss certain nuances and common sayings, making her fairly naive and inexperienced with most things. She tended to obsess about the Eightfold Path, but as she was too young and inexperienced to truly understand it, most of this currently came across as her being indecisive, as she tried to work out in her mind what she should do. The trauma on Naboo left her with temporary amnesia, making things rather different for her. [/fancybox4]
