-ANNUAL PSYCHE EVALUATION -
Dr.Gears' Report ~ Even as Agent York walks into the room I can tell that he is not like the others. And not in a good way either. His skin is absolutely pale, as if he was some sort of shut in who never left the house as a child. His demeanor is uncaring, bored even. His tact is moderately lacking and he can even be a bit rude. I've never met the man before, I've only heard rumours from others but I never imagined he would seem so off I'm beginning to understand why no agent has been willing to work with him for more than a couple months. His mental situation would appear to be unstable. Sometimes when alone, and perhaps when he thinks I'm not recording, he seems to go into deep seated conversations with himself, talking to himself, asking questions, though not answering, but continuing on as if he had received one. I've tried listening in personally a few times, but it's as if he knows when someone is near. He seems to experience occasional delusions and migraines, both of which I have prescribed appropriate medications for. It seems though as if there is some trauma afflicting him, something that's been festering for years. Physically he's fine, aside from the massive scar on his forehead the cause of which maybe lead to some brain damage, but his mental health is what is at risk, and the pressure of being an officer cannot be something that helps that.

My final recommendation is that Agent York be removed from the field immediately, suspended, and given a full psychological evaluation before being given any chance of returning to the field. However, I must add that he seems almost benign. Never once as an officer has he stepped beyond the bounds of the law, he hasn't let himself get riled up at any suspect or perpetrator no matter the crimes they are accused of. His loyalty seems unquestionable, and his morals, even if somewhat skewed, seem solid enough. He's of no real danger to those around him, and it's unlikely he's going to harm anybody any time soon. But if he breaks; no, when he breaks. I don't want to be around for it.

I've seen the old reports though. They said the same thing. And you wont listen.

VERDICT: Agent should not be cleared to return to work.
-ANNUAL PHYSICAL EVALUATION -
Sgt. McKinley's Report ~ Agent York is physically achieving the goals and guidelines as set in place by the Department of Justice in respect to that which is expected of Agent level Employees. His physical abilities, though considered to be above the average for Agents, are not exactly exemplary either. In comparison to a normal person, perhaps. He's on the smaller side, but well built. He's managed to approximately bench press a hundred and fifteen kilograms with ease, and a hundred and thirty five for a limited few times before his muscles tire out. His dead lift sits around a similar range. Overall, he's not too impressive a guy. But he does have his strong points. He seems much better suited to endurance than power at any rate. He's quite damn quick on his feet and I don't think I've actually seen him lose his breath completely during any of these fitness tests. He has a hell of a pain tolerance if I've ever seen one, and his reaction time is amazing.

VERDICT: Agent reaches and exceeds requirements. Operations readiness approved.
-ANNUAL TRAINING EVALUATION -
Director Andrew's Report ~ Of all the Investigative Agents currently in Employ, Agent York is one of the better performers we've had both in terms of combat readiness and investigative work. As all agents, he has been thoroughly trained in first aid to a level not too far off from that of a first responder and is certified to stand in for one should the situation call for it. And once again, like most, he has received a wide range of professional training in use over a variety of training ranging from, Space ships, cars, swoop bikes, speeders of all types. He is also range trained with a wide variety of small arms and up to explosives typical of military use in the event circumstances call for it. His actual performance on the range is slightly above average, and though this is well above most civilians, it is not exemplary. He is also trained in hand to hand combat and somewhat above the average at that. In terms of application of knowledge, his capability and performance in simulated combat situations has shown him to performance well above his peers within the agency, routinely anticipating and reacting to threats with a high degree of effectiveness. His ability to take and respond to orders though, was less than acceptable, disqualifying him from working on such raids and ops till improvement can be made. In terms of prior education, he holds a university degree in criminology.

However, his greatest skill lies in his detective work. Among his peers, and even those who have been around far longer than he, his rate of success with the cases handed to him, even those that are considered a probably lost cause, is among the highest in the agency. His methods are considered to be haphazard, perhaps odd, and senseless at times, but whatever he does seems to overall work with a degree of effectiveness.

Verdict: Agent reaches and exceeds requirements. Operations readiness approved.

Okay now, that should be good enough for the Grand tournament. (And yes that email does work if used as a Gmail) More stuff to add in later to spruce it up a bit, but It shouuld be good for now.

Then again, I haven't exactly made a profile in a long time.

I might just be full of shit.
