After the official declaration of the Rebellion underway and war on the horizon, we Rebels must prepare ourselves for the upcoming conflict. What better way to get ready for the Sith than through training exercises?
For the Rebel Navy to have a chance against the vast Imperial fleets, we will need effective, courageous, and well-trained starfighter pilots to protect our capital ships and stand toe-to-toe with swarms of Imperial starfighters.
The Imperium outnumbers is Rebels greatly, but we all know that quality beats quantity. The pilots of the Rebellion will need to learn from the best if they want any chance against the seemingly limitless Sith fleets.
Luckily, former Imperial pilot Pavelo Nisi can offer Rebel pilots the training they need to survive in the deadly, fast-paced combat present in the space battles between two galactic superpowers.
This thread is the sign-ups for a three-part training exercise that Pavelo will run. This will include a classroom session, a real life training exercise, and lastly a training mission in which we will engage Sith forces. If you sign-up for one part, you sign-up for them all. Remember to post consistently and see the entire thing through.
The skill Pavelo will be covering in this training exercise is Advanced Starfighter Tactics, with a focus on dogfighting, which is combat between fighters. Note how this is Advanced Starfighter Tactics, so your character must already be adept at piloting a starfighter. Basic knowledge of dogfighting tactics is also perferred.
