If just internet, I'd suggest viewing the thread in offline mode and typing a reply by word processing program. You would then be able to paste a post with only a few seconds of internet access (although I don't know what connection speed you're getting.)

Would it not be a good idea for you to send PMs to all those involved to remind them that you're back and the class can become active again? Seems only a couple people noticed, which kind of kills your scenario. Hell, others' lack of activity has already had IC consequences for me. :/

My previous character was a padawan and she went through normal training as well as participated in some threads. All of this is recorded and I can show you links if you have doubts. The reason I'm mentioning this is because the person who trained me last time and I were discussing ways to RP that character becoming a knight, but it never actually happened, because he went inactive and a couple of weeks later so did I. This is the last I'm going to bother you with about this matter.
