Sorry for taking so long to post, hadn't noticed your post yesterday, and I was busy watching Age of Ultron today.

Oh definitely. I figured they'd work together really well, too. They're both kinda the "outsider" type who don't really fit in anywhere.

My only [kinda] regret is that Lairiel wasn't here when Mila was still an awkward, petulant little Acolyte with a superiority complex. The only people she got to interact with were Crusaders and Acolytes who were almost twice her age. lol

And I'm sounding weird... I'll shut up now and go to bed. :P

Saved her after she basically threw her over the edge, smiling and laughing. Man, they're both messed up. lol

And that didn't seem overly dramatic to me. Seemed like a pretty logical response to it all. Now we just need to see if Mila's gonna be all *hugs* "I'm soooo sorry!" -or- *plunks Lairiel on the floor* "Well, that was unpleasant." :P

But yes, they can def be emotional wrecks together. It might be the only time you see actual emotion out of Mila, too. Also, having thought about this, I'm a little remiss that I had Mila roflstomp all over Lairiel's good mood. She could have sung the doom song the whole way there. That way I could have opened the post on Umbara with a reference to that. Such a wasted opportunity. lol

Anyway, I'm heading off for the night. I'll have a reply up tomorrow [or today rather, it is 1am here] though.

Er... I mean... uhm... uuuuhhhhh.... How about that weather, huh? It's sure been weathery. :P

Fo reals tho, I'll work on putting more substance into that idea so hopefully it won't seem too random or forced when it happens. But I figured action would be more fun than just sneaking around and talking. It looks cool and dramatic in the movies, but RPing that out can be boring as hell. lol

But yeah, that thing I had... idea. It basically involves them being shot down when they arrive, crash landing and being dragged away into prison. Why do they get shot down? Because drama? No, actually it would be a bit of mistake in identity. By the time Mila and Lairiel have arrived to investigate the academy, the place has descended into near total chaos. It's essentially everyone against everyone and through the course of events they find out that all of the confusion and dissent being caused isn't coming from the Umbarans at all, but by a Rebel cell that had infiltrated the planet and used a weaponized virus to drive the Umbarans insane.

No idea what that virus is yet, I know there are a few that can do it, I just need to do the research and figure out which one. lol

Does that sound good? It's just a random idea that came to me. We don't have to use it at all.

Something tells me that she doesn't exactly need someone to tell her to obsess over Mila though. Hahaha!

And I'm glad you're having fun with it so far. Also really glad I had you start this. So far it's turning out way better than where we would have been with my plan. lol

I also had an idea that might change their arrival on Umbara a bit... a lot. But I'll wait until we get closer to that point before I say anything. Unless you want to hash it out now.

Have you ever tried to stab someone from a sitting position? It's hard. I'll wait until she's back on her feet. :P

Lairiel's so awkward though, it's hilarious. "Think about Mila? ALRIGHT! I like her hair, and her eyes and how she smells and... wait, not like that? Oooooooh"

Ahaha. I legitimately loled at that whole sequence. Whether you wanted me to or not. lol
