Sorcerers are most known for Lightning, but that's not all. They are straight up masters of the Force. They study it in it's entirety, Sith Sorcerers are philosophers of the Force, magicians, and alchemists. Where the Warrior is a master of martial combat, and Assassins are shadow operatives, Sorcerers are more of the puppet masters. They deal in long range combat, killing with whatever Force Powers they managed to get their hands on. They are capable poison makers, they understand the Force better than most, and even basic Force Powers are not to be taken lightly in their hands. While most people may be able to match them for Force Powers, it's their studies in Sith Magic that set them apart. Most Sith won't study it, or simply don't have the means to study it. Sith Sorcerers do. If Praz was gonna go down this path, he'd need to get over his fear of ghosts ;P

Assassin doesn't mean you can't still love and use the Force. It's more of using the Force's utility abilities. Example being that when Raith fights he primarily uses the Force and uses his saber for back up. Warriors are the opposite, Assassins use the blade as a primary weapon (blade of any kind mind you) and the Force in conjunction. Neither specialized in martial or Force tactics, but know enough of both to make pinning them down a bitch, and pissing them off probably not a good idea. Stealth, illusions, poisons, trickery, telepathy (if you use it correctly ;D ) are just a few of the things that immediately come to mind. And I can see Praz doing all of that.
