Praz is pretty good at mind games. He realizes that Candar is the more intimidating of the two, so he chose to stare down the lesser. Perhaps he could be the talker or the leader? In his history, the more intimidating usually follow another's lead. Thats how it was for him on Tatooine. But his knowledge on things like that is PROBABLY out of date X)
