When Cartrann Perator Boris Gladnir changed the details of the contract with the Sith Empire, blastswords were removed from the equation. If Cartann won't sell the Empire blastswords, then some blastswords need to be 'liberated.'

Goal: Use blackmarket channels to obtain a source of blastswords.
