@Amilthi: I wouldn't think these would be available for public viewing, no. Especially not an emergency session.
@Maverick: I think it'd be safe to assume that the measures were taken by the Alliance Military, not the NJO. Gaba would have to confirm that, though.
Okay folks, the acting CoS's final words in the Emergency Congressional thread is up.
Your action is needed. Please read and act.

Just to clarify, that doesn't include my character... right?
After speaking with Bac, there's 2 courses of action that can be taken;
1. Cyeon Hunebar can (and most likely would) be removed by the planetary government of Cularin.
2. Congress can publicly remove him (though he would resign anyway, so it's kind of redundant) or vote on some official resolution as a show of... whatever to the Mandos.
As it is, there's really nothing for him to defend himself with. I mean, if I had known I couldn't do that sort of thing, I wouldn't have done it. Honestly, there's nothing I can come up with to have him defend himself because it wouldn't have happened if my OOC ignorance didn't get in the way.
But you all can choose whatever it is you want to do...
I don't know if any of this has happened yet, but, from an IC perspective, it makes the most sense politically to have Congress vote to expel him. That would be the political way of sending the message to the Mandalorians that his actions have been repudiated by the government.
Well, nothing's been done with it yet so someone can set that up if they want.
Again, ICly I have nothing for him to say because it was an OOC mistake with IC consequences. If I had known, OOCly, that I would have to go through Congress (which is just stupidity on my part) and should have talked to you, Bac, and not GABA, then he never would have done that. Honestly, there's not IC justification for him doing that. I mean... I can make something up if you really want me to but it's just not in his character to do that if he would have known that wasn't in his power to do so.
