DESCRIPTION​

The Z-01 Micro-Missile Rifle was a weapon designed by the wookie tinkerer Olraka, on commission by the leader of the Zann Consortium, @Grace Zann. The weapon was designed to resemble an archaic slugthower, disguising the true purpose of this weapon. The Z-01 was intended to fire custom-made "slugs" that were actually micro-missiles similar to that of wrist rockets.

The weapon works by depositing a payload of six micro-missile into a bulky receiver. The operator will then aim the weapon at the desired target, using the attached sight which can magnify vision up to four times. Pulling down on the trigger, a burst of pressurized air launches the micro-missile 100 meters forward before it's own primitive thrusters kick in for another 100 meters. Once at the 200 meter range, there is noticeable drop on the micro-rocket, maxing out at a distance of 250 meters. On impact, the head of the rocket's cone-like shape will crash into the unfortunate target, slightly piercing into a vehicle's armor hull. The impact of the cone will then set off a small 1-meter radius explosion capable of stopping both vehicles and sentients in their tracks.

The Z-01 Micro-Rocket Rifle is a relatively new design, and is hard to get if not purchased directly from the Zann Consortium. Additionally, the specialized micro-rockets the weapon fires are exclusively produced by Zann Re-Manufacturing, assuring first-time buyers will come back again.

LEGALITY​

Illegal. While usually, rocket launchers would fall under the restricted category on most worlds, the Z-01 Micro-Rocket Rifle is considered to be highly illegal. They are specifically designed to masquerade as a relatively safe and harmless slugthrower weapons. Being caught with such a weapon can result in various amounts of jail time depending on the planet.

INTENT​

The Z-01 Micro-Rocket Rifle is essentially an Anti-Tank rifle disguised as a slugthrower. This weapon is intended to be one in the line of several that the Zann Consortium manufactures and illicitly sells.

RESTRICTIONS​

Under not circumstances is the Z-01 Micro-Rocket rifle to be used in a PvP encounter against another player, or against non-vehicular targets in general. They can be used in PvP to attack and disable vehicles, but not their crews.
