I'm afraid at this time we're going to reject Yur'baal. He's still missing the required vouch thread, and half the thread's he's in seem to be in an unfinished state. We'd also like to see him play a more active role in some of the thread's he's in. But I do have some good news, we're going to be changing the promotion requirements here soon, and I think the changes will make it easier in the future for how you prefer to do your RPing Norbs!
