Mavis was calm.

The temple on Dantooine was new to her, much different than Tython. Tython felt like a church while Dantooine felt like a war base. Her home was always very spiritual. The force flowed through the halls naturally, wrapping around each individual and connecting them like a long, soft, silk ribbon.

She was doing her best to make Dantooine feel like home. The place had a feel about it that was most definitely the force, better than most planets but not as good as Tython. The entire place seemed to be one edge, a question in the back of everyone’s minds hung above them.

If Coruscant was hit, is anywhere safe?

Mavis did the best to emulate the calm of a Jedi Master. Haste and worry would not defeat the Sith or save any world from their wrath, patience would. She meditated in the open courtyard of the temple on these thoughts as well as on Coruscant.

Rhyko had decided to spend his time exploring the temple as he often did. It felt as though every time he had set out to run and climb around the structure he uncovered some new and exciting area that he had never actually been in before. He skillfully leaped from one platform to another, not with the use of Force powers, but with his pure physical ability.

He did his best to not let the news of the recent attack on Coruscant faze him, as he believed that the Jedi were more than capable of handling the unfortunate situation. However, he could not escape the fear that a full scale war was on the horizon, and the thought of what could possibly happen to all the innocents in the Galaxy forced into the middle of a conflict they had nothing to do with disturbed him to say the least.

As he sunk deeper and deeper into his thoughts, he decided to land in the nearby courtyard so to avoid injuring himself. He then sat for a moment, trying to reason away his fears for what the future may hold.

"The sacred home of our order is not your plaything," Mavis opened her eyes and scowled at the newcomer. She was doing her best to calm and this man was leaping about as if the temple was a children's jungle gym. She looked the man up and down with an eye of critique. He was older than the age at which people played for leisure, which begged the question why he was going such a strange thing. Surely he was not a knight, with such ludicrous behaviour. He was old for a padawan, but there were many exemptions in the order. "Where is your master? I would encourage you not to leave their supervision if this is how you act unchecked."

"There must be some mistake..." Rhyko said in a confused tone of voice. He had gotten used to being looked down upon by most of his follow knights, due to his rocky relationship with the order as a whole. He did his best to conceal his annoyance with the female Jedi's words, however some element of his frustration still bleed through the cracks. "I'm a knight."
